I really liked this place. It was a really hot day and they had misters out to keep us cool. The staff was very friendly, the drinks were nice and cold, and even the food was great. The only downfall is it can get a little crowded, but I understand why.

Yardarm is such a hidden gem in Boise! The laidback, beachy vibes make it the perfect spot to chill with a beer in hand. Owner is cool, you just have to know how to take a joke and dish one out. The theme is super cool, you will feel like you are in a nice tropical Caribbean bar. Awesome back story on how it came to be. Tacos are solid, they will go great with your beer and the sprinklers are a wonderful touch.

Totally enjoyed a quick trip while our bike ride on the greenbelt. Good variety of local beers (and cider) on tap and canned options for a good price!
We enjoyed the atmosphere and the water Misters kept it cool and refreshing in the heart of the summer! Everyone had such a chillaxed vibe. Definitely going back to enjoy the food truck, which is an old boat that serves a good variety of fish tacos!!

Love this place!! The only downside is it can sometimes be standing room, only sardine packed, with no shelter from the sun (limited). They do have misters and some shade. Speaks to how awesome the place is but still sucks lol.

The shrimp tacos are what we Californians call “white people tacos” which makes sense for Boise since it’s 99.9% Caucasian. Service is great and the beer is excellent. The atmosphere is super fun and I bet what brings people in.
