We enjoyed a late lunch at Yard House. The ambiance was casual and relaxed, and it was not too loud in there so it was ideal for conversation.
The food was very good. One pescatarian in our party was pleased by the options on the menu. And as someone who does not drink but enjoys the company of those who do, I also loved the mocktails. Everything tasted great.
Our server was excellent, she knew the menu very well and easily gave suggestions to our party.

Ahhh the house of yards. Where the beers are long and tasty, the people are equally friendly. The only thing better than the beer selection is the food! I got the Truffle cheese burger and truffle fries which was soo dam good I almost fell out my seat from enjoyment. Everyone else greatly enjoyed the food they got also. There was a dragon fruit margarita that was very good and even visually stunning. All and all I’m coming back for more of everything and it’s in a part of downtown that has so much to do, so it fits right into the vibe.

I went here with my girlfriend on Valentines day, and ordered a med rare Ribeye. After an hour our meals arrived and my steak was well done. My girlfriend ordered a med cooked steak and hers was also well done. To their credit, the waiter did offer to cook new steaks for us…but explained it would be the same wait time (1 hour). Although I refuse to let it ruin an otherwise beautiful Valentines day, it WAS a bit disappointing to wait so long for food that was mediocre (overcooked) at best.
NOTE: They did comp my steak dinner (but I still left unfed, as the waiter removed my plate early on)

I love this place! Modern and clean inside with a fun and relaxing atmosphere in Sacramento!
I ordered off the Octoberfest menu. Giant Bavarian Pretzel…yes please! I didn’t care for the beer cheese but I did like the mustard with the pretzel.
I also shared the beer brat sliders on a pretzel bun with grilled onions..so delicious!
They have a large indoor dining area with a full bar along with outside seating. I got there when they opened at 11am and within a half hour they were getting really busy!
Loved the lavender martini and my friend liked the boont beer.
The manager, Jeff…is very accommodating and checking in on the guests which adds a special touch!
Well maintained inside with quick service! Good for large groups as well!

Everything that we tried was delicious! The service was great, server was friendly and attentive. Food came out fairly quickly and piping hot…no complaints! We will definitely be back next time we are in town. Pictured are the cheese curds, jambalaya and the spicy crispy beef noodles.

I was really excited to visit this yard house, as it was my first time visiting the chain in Sacramento, I’ve been to others across the state, but today, I was left disappointed with the food I ordered.
This evening around 7pm I ordered a Jumbalya and Salmon, in hopes that it was going to be amazing in taste, but it was merely the opposite, and some of the protein options in the dish didn’t seem to be cooked correctly, leaving me sick afterwards. I tried to explain it to the waiter, and he mentioned that yard house isn’t the best place to order such a dish, as it’s a southern dish, and the salmon was also bland, and rather tasteless , I wish these aspects were mentioned prior to the order being placed, the dishes wasn’t worth upwards of $80 that was spent here. I tried to give this Yard House a chance and I was let down. I unfortunately wont be returning here

Nice place I don’t generally give five stars across the board but there was certainly nothing to knock at this place. Service was very good, lots of draft beers, I had the jambalaya so that kind of tilted the score in their favor because I have a hard time finding a good place to get that and they did a good job of it.. pretty pricey place to get a burger and a beer though. I think Google maps should list a dollar rating on these places and I think this would be on the high side.
It was a birthday for a young lady and they brought out a little surprised at the very end, good job.

From the moment we made the call to reserve a table, the service at Yard House was nothing short of exceptional. Katarina, the greeter, went above and beyond. She was attentive over the phone, ensured our reservation was confirmed smoothly, and when we arrived, we were seated immediately — no waiting at all. Her friendliness and professionalism set the tone for a perfect evening.
Our server Andrew delivered top-tier service — a true 10/10 experience. His attentiveness, timing, and warm personality made us feel valued and well taken care of.
We also had the pleasure of being assisted by Keloni, who matched that same level of excellence — another 10/10. It was clear both servers take pride in what they do.
Now let’s talk about the star in the kitchen — Chef Erie. WOW. His cooking was exceptional, flavorful, and memorable. You have an award-winning chef on your hands. Every dish came out with care, consistency, and passion. Absolutely phenomenal!

Her hard work shows through every area of the restaurant — from the greeter, to the servers, to the chef. Went to the Yard House before the Ghost show because I had a gift card. It was a bit of a pain to use it, however the staff and Manager were fabulous! Ordered the Truffle Burger, WOW! Awesome! Wait time for food was a bit ridiculous for a place that was not busy. Food was hot and prepared to order. Had the Golden Pilsner, very good. Nice place!

Came here for a co-workers exit lunch and had a good experience. The fried calamari and nachos were a perfect set up to the cobb salad with salmon. Calamari was cooked perfect. And the salmon had great flavor without being overpowering. I plan on coming back and trying their other dishes.
