Wings were great, pizza was overcooked. That doesn’t take away from the fact this place deserves 5 stars. The atmosphere is always great and the bartenders are all very nice. Not my first time here but I’ll for sure be back! Also, great happy hour deals!

I was there for my birthday, my actual birthday and although everyone else around us got a birthday song, I didn’t-even after requesting one, again. I’m not sure why this happened but it made me feel a certain way way.

We came to the restaurant on a Monday afternoon right after they opened. We were pleasantly greeted and seated immediately. Our waiter was engaging and quick to get us our food.
For our meal, we had the Caesar salad (with chicken), a jumbo Bavarian pretzel, a mix of buffalo and barbecue boneless chicken wings and an order of classic sliders! Appetizers for everyone! The food was hot and delicious.
Although not busy yet, it was a great atmosphere with great food and great service.

Franklin… I want to give this place 1 star because of the first part of my review. I’m going to give it a 4 because of the second part of my review.
On 12.7.25 at around 1050, me and a horde of Jets and Dolphins fans were waiting to enter your establishment. We were anxious to sit down and relax and either get good seats at your restaurant/bar for the day or to relax for a bit before walking over to the stadium. The opening says 1100. The doors didn’t open until 1108ish. No one was sent out to let us know “something something happened, we’ll be delayed opening for just a bit and that we’re really sorry to make you stand and wait”… no apologies… no justification… just ignored it like it didn’t happen.
That being said, your staff behind the bar was really nice. One lady in particular, a tall Hispanic lady, I didn’t catch her name because she was too busy helping a crowded bar and I didn’t want to distract her, was extremely kind and her pleasant attitude was infectious. She had actually remembered me from my visit that morning when I showed up after the game. She saw me eating my pizza with ranch and demanded I get chipotle ranch because it’s better. Just kind gestures like that make all the difference.

We stopped into Yard House while visiting from out of state, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip! The atmosphere was lively and fun, especially with the unique view of the indoor ski slopes—it made for such a cool and memorable setting.
What really made our visit stand out, though, was our server Adam, who was without a doubt the best server in the building. From the start, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. He offered samples of a few beers so we could find the perfect one, and thanks to him, we discovered the pumpkin beer, which was absolutely delicious—perfectly seasonal and super smooth.
We each ordered different types of burgers, and every single one came out exactly as we ordered—cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. Adam was attentive the entire time without being overbearing, and his friendly, genuine service made us feel like regulars even though it was our first visit.
If you’re anywhere near Yard House, it’s 100% worth stopping in—and if you’re lucky enough to get Adam as your server, you’re in for an even better experience. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

The service and food were excellent. The sliders were delicious. Great place to bring family and friends. The prices are moderate. The atmosphere was great and inviting. We sat beside the ski lift window and the view was surreal.

We visited on an evening after an Giants game and the place was still “lively”. It was our first time visiting while we were in town and the food was very good. I had three taco combo…Crispy Korean Chicken, Cumin Chili Shrimp and Beer Battered Fish. We also had the fried calamari and ginger beer.

My friends and I stopped in on a whim and we had an amazing time! Everything we ordered was delicious! The edamame, chicken tenders, brussel sprouts, and truffle fries were all amazing. Drinks were great too and everything came out fresh and fast. Would definitely come back! Our server Doug was giving us great recommendations and also made our experience very personable and so fun! He prioritized our service and really connected with us as customers. 10/10 experience!

I stopped at Yard House for lunch when I was visiting American Dream Mall and was happy with the food and service . Our group was originally told of a 25 minute wait time but the wait time was much quicker (about 10 minutes) . I had the Cheesesteak sandwich with Mushrooms, Peppers, Onions and White American Cheese with a side of Truffle Fries – I would definitely eat this again !
