So delicious and well done! I was very nervous to go to an Asian fusion restaurant but was absolutely blown away by Yang’s kitchen. They have a fantastic list of organic wines and a delicious menu of classic with a modern and up leveled ingredients. My husband and I ordered for dinner, the cha siu, salmon tartar, dan dan noodles, claypot mussels, the Japanese pudding and the swirl soft serve. Everything was delicious, nothing was a miss and the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. I 100% would recommend this spot!

Very interesting concept with eye catching dishes for sure. This place was packed when we stopped by on a Sunday after lunch time and you could see all the great looking dishes other patrons were having. There were some interesting items on the menu too and piqued our interest, especially the chicken liver pate. The overall consensus of our table was that the food looked amazing and were great for photos, but the flavor was just mediocre. Most of the food was good, but some dishes tried a bit too hard to improve something that was already good. All in all still worth a try.

Interesting concept of Taiwanese fusion food. It’s like a tasting menu/shareable foods that you get with a modern twist. The food was really good. We got the dan dan noodles that were pretty delicious. I also recommend getting the Yang‘s fried chicken wings. That was really good. The service is really great as well very kind and friendly. The food came out pretty quick. The vibe and ambience is a little upscale and nice a little on the pricier side, but well worth the deal. Highly recommend if you’re looking for some Taiwanese fusion with a modern twist.

There’s a parking garage down the street, but the wait time is very long so be prepared. It’s definitely on the expensive side, but the interior is super aesthetic and the servers are really nice. The dishes themselves are simple but incredibly fresh and flavorful.

What I ordered:

Strawberry Smoothie (8/10): Really good, but very small for the price, so I probably wouldn’t order it again.

Breakfast Plate (9/10): The hash brown is amazing and unique — crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Yang’s Set Meal (9/10): I got the steak and chicken; both were cooked perfectly. The only downside is the portion size is pretty small.

Enjoyed the steak and mochi pancakes the most. Lots of parking in nearby parking structures. Free 4 hour parking.

Got the breakfast plate with bacon and it was delicious. I also got the grilled platter with steak and it was so good. The vibes were great. Trendy spot that you would expect to be in echo park, silverlake, or Los Feliz.

Delicious food. It’s a local farm to table concept. Every ingredient was fresh. We had the duck , persimmon salad and steak. All cooked perfect. Definitely a place to visit

Creative and fun dishes. Enjoyed the flavor and texture combinations. Tried their salmon tartare on the crispy rice cracker, and their cabbage wedge topped with a savory anchovy topping. Appreciated the East meets West integrations.

Server let me sample their wine collab, but I opted for their mystery wine glass offering instead which ended up pairing better with my meal.

Happy to have this unique restaurant that represents the best of my SGV.

I came for brunch on Sunday, and it was an amazing experience. I ordered the Yang’s Set Meal with the chicken thigh – the quality was so fresh and healthy. I also tried the smoked fish dip and the strawberry sorbet. I highly recommend this place if you want a variety of fusion selections for brunch. My server, Kai Huang, was also a great host. He exceeded my expectations of this place!

Went on a Saturday morning around 9:30am. Got seated right away. Line started outside around 10am.
Food is good, portion a bit small. Def need to order a plate for each person. Pancake was very good. Two seater tables are a bit too close.
