I’m very glad they built a Burger King in Aliquippa! I’ve been here twice and I’ve had very little wait times. I understand people’s main concern with waiting; but, you gotta speak up in the moment and not just sit and wait. The squeaky wheel gets the grease. Love the online order feature. Ordered online and waited in the parking lot where they brought my order right to me after I told them I had arrived. Great service and smiling faces! Food was decent too! Very pleased!

The wait was horribly long with nobody in front of me in the drive thru. I ordered a whopper jr with cheese meal no medium. A rodeo king meal. And a sourdough king no onion. I got one party on the sourdough. The sourdough has onion. The whopper jr no cheese…and it was a small meal.

Hardly ever open, and when they are, they are always out of most menu items. Can’t remember the last time I’ve ordered from here and they order was actually made correctly. And one of the female workers, who keeps making the same mistake every time (I only keep going back there because my kids want from there), always argues and says I ordered it wrong. Was happy to see a BK back in the area, but would have been better off without it.

The Aliquippa location has to be the worst Burger King store in the entire country. They close early almost every day. Couldn’t tell you how many times Wendy’s or Arby’s got my business because this BK was closed. And when they are open the service is horrid. Tonight I was there at about 7:50 pm. Cars in the parking lot and all the lights are on. I pull into the drive and nothing. Sat there for a couple more minutes and still nothing. I drove around and saw two employees inside. I drove away and went to Wendy’s. They need to terminate the entire staff including management and start from scratch.

Just went through the drive thru on 4/6 to order lunch.
Girl took my order promptly and told me to pull around to the second window.
I sit for 5+ minutes.
Young black man wearing a black shirt comes to the window and asks “DID YOU PAY?”
NO. I’ve been sitting here 5 minutes and no one acknowledged me.
He then proceeds to tell me they’re closed.
Are you serious!? They’re in there walking around on their phones but can’t work.
Absolutely useless.

As another said, I also waited 40 minutes for cheeseburger and fries. Another time I went through the drive through and was asked to pull to the front and wait for my order. After 30 minutes I went inside and they immediately recognized me and handed me my order. They had no intentions of bringing it out to my car where they had asked me to park and wait.

I would give this place zero stars if it were possible. I cannot believe that a corporate chain would allow one of its franchisees to operate so poorly. Food is always cold. You almost never get the order that you ordered from the people there. Most of the people there are extremely rude, do not say the basic politeness of “yes, please and thank you”….. And honestly act like you’re inconveniencing them by showing up to order something. One day I went there for lunch and sat in the drive-thru for 5 minutes without being acknowledged. I figured the place was closed since nobody was really there anyway so I backed out and left.
I seriously can’t believe corporate would let them run so poorly. I’m starting to wonder if this place isn’t a front for something else. Unbelievable.

This is the worst Burger King ever. I live local to this location but usually travel to another location because of the attitude, poor service and always the waiting time. Not to say they usually mess the order up also and I always put in a mobile order? How can you mess it up? This is not the 1st time I have left comments about this Burger King. I figured I would give them a chance again but that was ruined once again. I will no longer be using this location ever again.

Absolutely ridiculous! I pulled in at the BK in Aliquippa PA with my mobile order at 6:50pm through drive thru and they told me to pull around to 2nd window. There were 2 vehicles ahead of me took 10 minutes for their orders. I got to the window and the cashier said just wait a minute and after 10 minutes a guy comes over and tells me that they are closed and everything is getting put away. I looked at him like what?? I explained to him that I was told to pull around for my order and he said they didn’t make it. Please terminate all involved. This restaurant always has issues.

went to the drive through took forever, then they got the order wrong. went inside to find 23 people working in a small BK. all were dazed and confused all the people waiting at the counter to get served all had their orders wrong or missing something. I failed to check the 3rd time they did my order and it was wrong again. you can tell the owner doesn’t really care about this place operating properly, if he did he would be there to ensure his customers were happy… I keep trying to re edit this? They are still miserable…. I drive out of the way now…
