What made our visit truly unforgettable, though, was our waitress May. She was absolutely amazing! She was very friendly, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. May took the time to explain menu items, gave excellent recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Her warm personality and genuine care made us feel so comfortable and well taken care of. I definitely recommend this restaurant! ☺️
Freshness, verity and attention to details is what is noticed from my visit.
Did I mention this was way better then RA the sushi ⛓️
For mains, we tried the pineapple chicken and the omurice. Both were delicious! My only gripe was with the portion size of the pineapple chicken—it comes in a container that’s half rice, half chicken, and for $17, the amount of chicken felt a bit underwhelming. Typically, you’d expect a full container of chicken at that price point.
Otherwise, everything was delish and I’d definitely order here again!
There was a time we all were sitting 30 minutes without a single order coming out, and as we had a table in the back corner, our group was ignored, no drinks and no food despite kindly reminding them several times.
Manger did come up an tell us that he did a favor by extending our time limit by 1 hour, but this was around 9pm by then, an half our orders hadn’t come out and we weren’t planning to be there till 1 am waiting. By the end, we were the last customers and most of the food quality was very subpar, warm, a rushed by the time it got out, couldn’t even eat it without feeling sick.
Left a very terrible taste, something I’ve never experienced at an AYCE sushi place.
Won’t be back and couldn’t be bothered to try again when there are so many places with better and quicker service. Certain food items were of ok quality but there are other AYCE sushi spots that are comparable for non premium options.
I’ve been told the issues I had have been addressed. I am pleased with the swift response so I’ve at least modified my review up a bit. I’m pending any further alterations to my reviewing until I get a chance to revisit, and hopefully after I can come and revisit the rating for the better.

I really wanted to like it here. Wife and I wanted to find a new AYCE Sushi place since Akita is entangled in their fiasco. The biggest issue I have is that the place appeared to me to be woefully understaffed. It took over an hour between when we were first seated to when we got our first dish. We came in early to beat the dinner crowd so it was still quite empty when we got in at around 5:20pm. We were informed the host had forgotten to inform the waiter after we were first seated, so it took around 30 minutes for us to get our drinks and first round of food ordered. Understandably, mistakes happen, but I would think they’d try to expedite the incoming food after. It was quite unpleasant to have our stomachs growling for another 30 minutes while everyone else is eating around us. You can imagine we were slowly growing quite irritated with each minute. The food itself was good. They have more premium options compared to Akita, and the pricing does reflect as such. The taste and seasoning were all well done. Unfortunately, due to the initial delay, we ended up having to rush through dinner a bit which impeded our enjoyment and we had to skip out on dessert, and we didn’t get to see our wait staff much to put in more than 2 orders for AYCE as they got real busy after the dinner surge at around 6:00pm and we needed to hail down whoever the nearest waiter was each time we needed anything. Also the first appetizer we ordered from our first round of food orders ended up coming last after our second round of food got delivered, and it was on a piping hot plate which made me question if it was reheated with the plate or sitting under heat lamp this whole time since it seemed quite chaotic once the food started coming it in a haphazard order. All in all, it took a bit over 2 hours from when we entered to when we left, as there was still a bit of waiting for the check once we requested it since our wait staff had to go tend to what I counted was 5 other parties before getting to our check. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this experience as I would not feel good if someone went on my recommendation and ended up with the same experience.
Sashimi and roll and salmon nigiri all great choices.
The service was amazing. Sydney went out of her way to ensure we were completely happy and taken care of, and her attitude and demeanor was so.pleadant, kind and caring. Rare to have a server like this these days. She made all the difference!
We will be back because of the great food and also as important exceptional service !
