We were warmly welcomed by Joseph Bonvin, the hotel owner, and Miguel de Vega, who also runs Kaizen.
Excellent cocktails prepared by Maria at the bar!
Amazing gyozas as a starter, and the sukiyaki was delicious!
I’m not a big fan of desserts, so we shared the matcha cheesecake — gosh, next time I’ll have it all to myself
Great to have another Japanese cuisine spot in town, and very well done, guys!

Le bouillon est incroyable et les gyozas aussi. La viande de boeuf de la fondue était parfaite! Le cadre est sympathique. Le service est adéquat, juste un peu long mais nous étions une grande tablée.

Excellente cuisine. Service très sympathique. Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Essayez leur cocktail ou le saké au yuzu.

Un peu trop cher. Le saumon était commandé, il vient sans accompagnement. Le plat coûte 37chf et un bol de riz au supplément de 6chf.. ce que je ne trouve pas normal étant donné qu’on est limité obligé d’en acheter. Le service était extrêmement long, le temps d’attente très élevé alors que le restaurant n’était pas plein. L’ambiance laissé un peu a désirer. La nourriture était très bonne, cuisine adaptée à l’occident donc si vous cherchez quelque chose de complètement traditionel ce n’est pas forcément l’endroit. Content de lavoir fait, mais je ne reviendrai pas forcément.
