I went into get coffee this morning and put my order in around 7:10 AM. I get there and the line is long at the drive thru and I have to get to work so I go inside and stand in line for over 10 or more minutes before I’m even acknowledged(it was busier than usual) but still not even acknowledged. When I am spoken to I’m told they’re out of coffee and they’re making more. At this point I’ve been there 15 or 20 minutes and I’m rushed for time to get to work. After 5 more minutes(now 7:30) I still have yet to receive my coffee I tell them to just dump it and forget it. So I paid for a coffee that I’ll never see and had horrible service. I HIGHLY recommend not going to this location and I’ll be vocal to all my friends and family to avoid this place as well.

This use to be the best dunkin around. A month or two ago they changed all the employees and now the coffee is garbage everytime and the food is eh. It use to be good every time. This was my morning coffee place and my lunch stop everyday. Not anymore.

I was able to go in this brand new location today and check it out. It was very nice, clean and organized and all of the employees were very helpful. Janice, the manager was very comfortable speaking and happy to help me in explaining the different types of flavorings that they had for coffees that were sugar free. All of the donuts looked delicious and fresh! Andrew was telling me that they had just opened this past Tuesday and I believe he is going to be the manager at a new location, I can’t remember if she said Normal or Moline but he was very professional and I’m sure that he’ll do a great job! They do have a drive-thru however the Box wasn’t installed yet but there is a note that says to pull around to the window and you can still order at the window. Janice was patient while I signed into my Dunkin Donuts app, which is super convenient by the way, and we just kind of chitchat while that was loading. Always super nice to speak to people when they love their jobs and they were very helpful and even posed for a picture before I left the building. Great location and service!

First of all, THEY DONT give receipts. If your order is wrong, there’s nothing to reference. I once asked for a receipt & the employee argued saying its only *$ amount*!! Why you need receipt??
If you go inside, workers avoid eye contact & act like you, the customer, is a nuisance. If you order donuts online, once you or your delivery person arrives, you’ll find your confirmed order is unavailable.
Be prepared to not understand what the person taking your order is asking or they dont understand you!
Personally I like the drinks here (CC) better than the nearby EP location but their service sucks!! Also, they close much earlier than the EP location.

Love this place. I come through the drive through twice a day. I am addicted to their coffee! The workers are very friendly and do not charge you if your coffee does not taste right and you want a new one. One time I had to DoorDash it and there is no option for liquid sugar in the app. The girl went out of her way to watch for my order to make sure I received the liquid surgar. Oh and my son loveesss there donuts. 🙂

Come here if you only want creamer and no coffee. 2nd time I’ve gone to the Creve coeur Dunkin and got no coffee, only creamer. This time I ordered an extra shot.. Just go to East Peoria Dunkin because Creve Coeur Dunkin doesn’t know what they are doing.

I ordered the $6 dollar Dunking and a Butter Pecan ice coffee. The croissant was way to flaky to the fact crumbs were all over my clothes. I didn’t like the coffee and asked if I could change it and they said no. Poor customer service
