We came here with my mom and my young daughter (almost a toddler). Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We were given a high chair that was visibly dirty and appeared to have been placed on display without being cleaned first.

The waitress also lacked professionalism—she touched my baby after my baby simply said hello, which made me uncomfortable. Before we had even finished eating, she brought us the check, making us feel rushed. After we paid and said thank you, she immediately started clearing our table, even though there were only a few customers in the restaurant.

What made this more upsetting was that a Korean table near us, who had been seated before us and were quite loud, did not seem to be treated the same way. While I don’t want to jump to conclusions, the difference in treatment made us feel unwelcome. Overall, this experience left a bad impression.

I came here with my family, and the service was absolutely unacceptable. We sat down, looked at the menu, and waited patiently, but the staff completely ignored us. Instead, they took orders from customers who came in after us—simply because they were Korean and speaking Korean.

That is discrimination, plain and simple. My family and I may not be Korean, but that does not mean we should be treated like we are invisible. We left because no one should have to sit in a restaurant and feel ignored or unwelcome based on their background.

The food may be good, but service like this ruins everything. If management cares about their customers, they need to make sure all guests are treated with respect and fairness.

We accidentally stumbled upon this restaurant when we were looking for a Thai restaurant—good thing they were closed and decided to eat here. I’m glad we did. The lunch plate was good and their japchae was delicious.

I love the food here so much. In all honesty, if I could pick somewhere to eat for the rest of my life, it would be here. My favorites are the Kim Chi jiggae (kimchi stew), and the kim chi Jun (kimchi pancaje). I always get the same things when I come, because why change greatness?

It’s authentic Korean food, but the waitress’ service is rude. She tried to take away my plate when I wasn’t finished and gave me a takeaway box. After I paid and had a drink at the table, she strongly told me to go elsewhere because I was done paying. If the restaurant was busy, I would understand, but there were many tables available even at lunchtime. If you want to have a leisurely meal, I don’t recommend this restaurant.

We had cold noodles (Nang mien). Horrible experience. That was the worst in taste. It was shame on me to bring my Hawaiian friends to show Korean taste

The food prices are individual and have to order minimum of two items. Charge for rice and sides. Waitresses were rude and kept taking the tongs from us to cook the meat for us when we were just relaxing.

Upon arriving, you are greeted with a sign that says you’ve got 90 minutes before you have to leave. It wasn’t busy, and at the 90 minute point they did let us know that it was time to go. Service was okay, food was okay as well. I stress okay, and not great. The restaurant was cluttered with chairs stacked up, boxes stacked up along the wall containing food supplies and soft drinks. One member of our group had steak which was plagued with gristle. The sushi was fine, nothing special, and my chicken dish was okay as well, again nothing special. Don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon but not ruling out a visit again in the future. I think if you were at the sushi bar it might be more enjoyable since it seemed more like a festive atmosphere.
