JUST LOOK AT THE PHOTOS HERE: Placed a simple carry out order for 2 pepperoni pizzas. One pizza was completely lacking cheese literally on over half the pizza, it was just mostly over baked dough with some dried on pizza sauce. Completely inedible, lacking flavor, and seriously over baked. The second pizza wasn’t as bad as it did have cheese but it was a bit hard unfortunately. This is the first time I have an issue with their pizza, normally we enjoy the pizza from here but I will not be wasting anymore of my time or money at this franchise ever again since I was completely disregarded by the manager. That same day when we arrived home with the pizza and I saw what we received, I immediately called in, requested to speak to the manager, but was told by the gentleman who picked up that she had just stepped out and left for the day. I explained to him my situation and he did offer to replace my pizza free of charge if I went back. I declined the replacement pizza, explained I did not want to drive all the way back there and I just wanted to be refunded for that one pizza as it was too gross to even eat. He told he I could reach the manager the following morning, so I called and got a hold of her but didn’t get anywhere as she right away got upset giving me attitude saying that she was there the whole day, that she closed and that when that happens they offer to replace the pizza. She didn’t even let me further explain or anything. She then said she would have to call me back after confirming my telephone number, saying she had to speak to her workers to find out what happened, but I never got a call back nor my refund.

I’ve been eating here for about 2 to 3 years now they’re a family owned business with incredible prices. I don’t know where else you can get two large double topping pizzas and 10 wings for only $25 and some change every time I order from here they’re incredibly polite and their customer service is top-tier. I’ll continue to eat here till I’m old.

I ordered a small pepperoni pizza and a salad. The pizza was good, but unfortunately, I noticed a bug in my salad. I contacted the store manager, and she was very apologetic and offered me a refund. I appreciate the quick response and professionalism, but I hope extra care will be taken in the future to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

First time buyer. Prices are a bit high. There’s charge for EVERYTHING. Crushed pepper packets $$$+ tax. You want disposable plates $$$+ plus tax. You want napkins $$$+tax. 1–20 wings only 1 flavor. Only more than 20 wings you get 2 flavors, don’t forget $$$+tax. Bought their version of a Large Pizza, seems like a Dominos medium, big crust edges to make it look bigger. Overly watered down ranch. If you get thin crust which is less dough, extra $$$+tax. Taste was good. Wings were decent.

At Xtreme Pizza, the only thing “xtreme” is the attitude from the store manager/owner, Rebecca or “Miss Becky”. She often interrupts before I can finish speaking when placing orders. My organization regularly calls ahead with large orders, but after experiencing the same poor customer service for over a year, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere — even if it means driving farther — for a more respectful and professional experience.

Nothing xtream here except the disappointment because that’s the only thing they serve fresh. Rebecca, the manager/owner, seems to believe customer service is an extreme sport… where the goal is to make the customer regret walking in. Our organization places large orders here and we will take our business somewhere else!

You feel like they’re playing you here. Ordered over the phone for stuffed crust. 4 dollars extra! I get there and they tried to upcharge an extra 2 dollars. I had to remind them about their own prices that are posted on the menu behind the cashier.

Accidentally placed an order here instead of a competitor down the street. Never heard anything good or bad about the place but had low expectations. Service on the phone wasn’t great but once in the store, we were convinced to add more items for a special and were super helpful, friendly, and fast. Turns out their pizza is delicious, wings we big, juicy, cooked to perfection and all around a hit! We’ll be ordering from here more often!!
