I’ve been going here all my life and it’s a great alternative if you’re not feeling the long lines of Chipotle or Taco Bell. The customer service here is great! The employees are very nice, funny and fast at their job Even the online orders are on time. They got some good cookies and a lot of drink options like Jarritos They even have an app with a rewards system if you order here a lot (like Taco Bell but better!)

Terrible. Don’t order from here. I placed an order on their website for a chicken burrito. When I got home, I checked and it didn’t have chicken. I would have checked at the restaurant but I didn’t want to unwrap the whole burrito and didn’t expect them to miss the main ingredient. That’s not the worse part, when I had called the person who answered said they couldn’t help me and told me to ask for a refund on the site. After I told him it doesn’t give that option, he said she doesn’t know because he’s never been on the website site himself. Service is completely terrible and food comes out wrong.

We ordered food for pick up. It was the worst experienced ever. The Burrito was not brown rice like we had selected and it only had rice and chicken (literally), oh wait and the tortilla wrap was raw! The nachos had no toppings (chicken and beans only) and were super soggy. In general the flavor is very blah and service is horrible. Do not buy from this place.

Some of the worst service I’ve had in a while, the two servers look angry that they have to help people, despite the entire location being empty. This place has always had good portions and good food but I can’t enjoy that when the servers get angry at anything.

Literally my favorite place to eat, but the worst customer service, they’re so judgmental, don’t greet anyone, side eye you the whole time, I like one lady there, speaks perfect English and is quick, but all of them have a terrible attitude! All the other reviews are right, super rude, but really good food!

The best bang for your buck! Quick and friendly service always with a smile on their faces. They have several options to choose from and even vegetarian/vegan ones. The meat-less rice bowl includes guacamole and you get to pick a ton of extra options for free. Big quantities that guarantee a full stomach. Ordered takeout and missing half the things I asked for in my burrito..no queso, salsa, lettuce or tomato. Store was empty so literally no reason for this. Also the steak was so dry. Better off any of the other food places in this mall.
