This is the first time I tried this restaurant. I was actually going to Jersey Mike’s, but then saw this in the same strip mall and thought it looked good. That was my first mistake. Then I ordered the chili garlic ramen with no scallions, add shrimp. I also ordered the Cajun Shrimp Fettucine, no bacon. Josie, the person who rang me up, had to start over several times and kept asking me to repeat my order. She finally got it rung in and I paid and added a tip. Then a few minutes later, a man came from the kitchen and told me that Josie, the girl who rung me up, did not add the shrimp to my chili garlic ramen, so I would need to pay for that. Okay fine, not the way I would have handled it, but I gave him cash for the shrimp. Then I waited for my order and about 13 minutes later, someone dropped a paper bag on my table and walked away, saying nothing. I immediately opened the bag and saw the chili garlic ramen COVERED in scallions (picture attached after I removed the scallions with my bare hands). I asked someone to come up front by saying, “excuse me,” and a woman came up and asked me what was wrong. I told her that I ordered the ramen with no scallions and showed her that there were scallions all over it. She then said, “Well, it will have to be remade.” No apologies, strong tone of irritation. Josie then came back up and said, “you said no onions, so there’s nothing wrong with this.” I told her I said no scallions because that is the word used on the menu, and the other woman looked at Josie and said, “Scallions and onions are the same thing.” Seriously? You ring up food orders and you don’t know that? So I said I wasn’t going to wait for my other entree to get cold while they remade the ramen, I just wanted it taken off my bill and I would pick the scallions off myself. The woman standing next to Josie then started to refund me the order for the ramen and I told her this was my first time in the restaurant, I was very clear with my order, I added a tip, and I didn’t appreciate all the attitude I was getting from the staff. That didn’t cause her to pause and change her tone, instead she just told me I’d have to dispute the tip with the credit card company, and since she didn’t make the mistake herself, I shouldn’t be asking for an apology from her. Apparently the general concept of customer service, owning a mistake as a business and being conciliatory towards the customer is dead. I just asked her to process the refund so I could leave and then Josie tried to take the ramen bowl back to the kitchen. Really?!? I’m not sure how much lower the level of competence at this restaurant could have been, or how much more rude they could have been towards me, but I’m sure there’s no love lost either way when I don’t return. Thirty minutes out of my life that I’ll never get back.

So happy to have a new restaurant in Council Bluffs that hits the mark. The store is newly opened, but it’s very clean and smells delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had the Buffalo chicken mac, spicy Korean steak and kids Mac. All three were delicious. The Buffalo chicken is hit with just the right amount of hot sauce and the spicy Korean steak has just the right amount of heat. Not too much. Our daughter loved the Mac and Cheese and the homemade rice Krispy treat. This will be a spot we visit for lunch or dinner regularly. Highly recommend!!

The food was a good size portion for the price. I got the beef stroanoff good flavor bit when they brought it out it was cold. Prices weren’t to bad. There was nobody in there and when we were at the counter to order the 3 people working just looked at us.

Ordered through the app with a 5:43 PM pickup time. I didn’t get my food until 6:19, only to find it had been sitting out for 30 minutes.
The app never said it was ready. My name was apparently called once (not loud enough for me to hear), and that was it. No second call, no check-in, no offer to remake food that had been sitting out.
Really frustrating experience and poor communication.

We were passing through town with a large trailer and were limited in food options before everything closed. Tiffany was kind enough to still give us the options of the things we could order without the grill being on. Great customer service, we will be stopping here every time we pass by town moving forward!

We ordered the shrimp scampi and japanese noodles and both were lacking protein and vegetables. It was eating just a bowl of noodles. As you can see , what little beef was in there was just fat

Good food. Rapid service. Friendly folks. The restaurant needed a good cleaning and it appeared all the tables were rather dirty, but we did a quick self-wipe down and enjoyed our meal. First time in a noodles place so pleasantly surprised. Portions were enough that neither of us finished, so will go with the smaller portion next visit. Either way, recommend a visit if you want something different and filling.
