To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your store.
I purchased ice cream from your location recently, and upon opening it, I found it to be severely freezer burnt. The taste and texture suggested it had been stored for an extended period and was clearly not fit for sale. When I returned to the store to address the issue, I was informed that no refund could be issued because your store does not provide receipts.
This policy is extremely disappointing, especially when combined with the fact that the product sold was of unacceptable quality. Additionally, I have noticed that the overall cleanliness of the store has declined significantly and is in need of immediate attention.
I was previously a regular customer and visited your store almost daily. However, due to this experience and how it was handled, I will no longer be returning.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve both product quality and store conditions going forward.

The BEST chicken I’ve ever had!!! My adult daughter is a very picky eater and says the chicken here is the absolute best. She’s in Arizona now and seriously wants this chicken!!! And the jojos!!! Omg. The best!!! We come here often!!!

The only place I go to get my chicken dinner’s and chicken gizzards. The best in the state of iowa hands down. I’ve been in parts of Minnesota, Missouri, Chicago and Michigan in various restaurants and none of these places come close to friying chicken as well as Chester chicken. 5 stars no doubt..

Oh man, oh man, oh man! Gizzards so good it might be illegal!
While in Iowa, I had a hankering for some chicken the other day. My cousin recommended Chester’s. She said that some people were not interested because it’s a gas station and convenience store but promised that Chester’s chicken was legit.
I ordered a 3-piece dark (spicy) and a 6oz. Bag of spicy gizzards.
The chicken was really good, the skin had a nice light crunch and the flavors popped. I could have done without the roll, which was kinda dry, but the french fries were ok.
But those GIZZARDS! Oh man, oh man, oh man! This stuff is so good it might be illegal! The spices were perfectly hot but not overpowering and there was even a crunch little crust on them!
If I lived in Iowa, these gizzards would be my go-to snack! Good job, Chester’s!
