Love coming to Xishang Rice Noodles after a long day of shopping! Their soup is clearly fresh-made—you can taste the authenticity in every spoonful. No heavy MSG, no artificial additives, just clean, light broth that never leaves me thirsty.
The DIY experience with the 9 small side dishes is fun and interactive, letting you cook ingredients just how you like them in that wonderful broth. And the new passion fruit rice noodles? Absolutely delicious—refreshing, tangy, and full of real passion fruit seeds!
If you’re looking for a meal that’s both comforting and genuinely wholesome, this is the spot. Can’t recommend enough!
Scan the QR code for the menu. All the dishes seem delicious, but I had to choose the popular crossing-the-bridge rice noodle (Roodle) with tomato soup.
It was presented very well, and allows people to be interactive by customizing ur bowl to your liking by adding whatever you want to your soup base. It didn’t have directions on how to eat it but the waiter explained it as he brought it out. As he suggested, cook the meat first, throw all the ingredients provided and then noodles into the hot ceramic bowl. You may dip the meat in the raw quail egg too, but I just dumped the eggs in. I chose the tomato broth since the original looked too plain. It’s rich in flavor and ended up being a huge portion with everything added in. Very good and satisfying! Cool traditional Chinese Yunnan style food, check it out !
We ordered the Wagyu beef rice noodle which comes with 3 plates of wagyu beef, shrimps, fish, bean curd and more
Spicy ️ beef noodle is my personal favorite, beef was cooked tenderly.
Both soups were not salty and no msg was added. I didn’t feel uncomfortable after since I’m allergic to MSG.
There are Lots side dishes to choose from:
We got Fried pork spare ribs, so yummy
Marinated pig feet jello with spicy dipping sauce
Spicy pig ears
Cucumber salad
Service was great. Sever kept reminding us the soup is extremely hot to avoid burning.
The broths are rich and flavorful, perfectly balanced to complement the delicate rice noodles and the variety of add-ins, from tender meats to fresh vegetables. Whether you opt for the classic clear broth or the spicier options, the quality of the ingredients shines through in every bite. The side dishes, like their refreshing cold salad, add another layer of texture and flavor to the meal.
The restaurant itself has a cozy and clean ambiance, with warm lighting and thoughtful decor that enhances the overall experience. Xishang Noodle is a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy a comforting and satisfying bowl of noodles in a welcoming environment.
I had the Wagyu beef crossing the bridge noodle and the meat and veggie rice noodle. The meat and veggie noodle was perfectly cooked, with a deep, rich broth that made every bite comforting. The Wagyu beef noodle, on the other hand, was a fun, interactive experience—they bring out the ingredients in a beautifully arranged divided container, and you get to cook the thinly sliced Wagyu and fresh vegetables in the hot broth yourself. It added a nice touch to the meal, making it feel extra fresh and flavorful.
The Three Delight, Devil Chicken, and dipping beef were also delicious—each dish was flavorful, tender, and well-seasoned.
The Coconut Bomb was a standout drink—not only was it beautifully presented, but it was also creamy and delicious, making it a must-try.
The ambiance here is warm and inviting, with stylish woven pendant lights, clean white tables, and a cozy yet modern aesthetic. It’s a great spot for a relaxed meal. The service was also excellent! Oscar, our server, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made great recommendations. He took the time to explain the menu and ensure we had everything we needed.
If you’re looking for comforting, flavorful rice noodles and great service in a welcoming atmosphere, this is definitely a place to check out.
