Xi’an Noodles was founded in May of 2016 by Lily Wu, a Chinese immigrant with a dream of bringing the famous “biang biang noodles” of Xi’an (the capital of China’s Shaanxi province) to Seattle. Lily dedicated two full years to learning and perfecting the craft of noodle-making before moving to Seattle, where she made her dream a reality in the form of Xi’an Noodle’s, located on Bellevue Way in Bellevue, Washington.

The food was delicious! We ordering the wood ear mushrooms, lamb bun, hot oil Biang noodles, spicy lamb noodle soup, and chicken dumplings. Everything was amazing and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and the food was made quickly. The parking spaces were limited and small. Overall highly recommend!

I’ve only ordered take-out / delivery orders from here and their hand pulled noodles (spicy beef or non-spicy tomato) have been excellent! Fresh noodles with rich flavor. I’m not entirely sure if these are the authentic taste but they are very delicious!

Found this hidden delicious place while I was going to my kids school. The found was very good. The lamb kebabs had an amazing spice on them and the spicy lamb noodles were amazing. This is a place that I would love to visit.

Convenient little spot with plenty of seating for a family with baby and stroller. Easy to order and portions are big. Observant and prompt service.

I have eaten in many restaurants with Xi’an-style cuisine, and this is the worst one I have ever had! I ordered cold noodles and Pork Bun, and the taste was absolutely terrible! I also tried Spicy & Tingly Beef Rice Noodle Soupspicy pepper, but it was even worse. There was no flavor at all. It seems that water was added with soy sauce to color it and it was served directly from the kitchen. You need to add more chili oil, soy sauce and vinegar to adjust the taste. Moreover, neither the boss nor the staff in the restaurant were friendly. Both the food and the staff were extremely disappointing.

The food is tasty and the service is prompt and respectful. We usually get our food pretty fast. Would recommend the space cumin lamb noodles. I had another review written up that disappeared and the food was so good that I forgot what it said.

Cozy little shop in the shopping plaza. Xi’an specialty restaurant with authentic dishes. Note that this is a specialty restaurant, as such the menu is limited by nature. Everything we had here has been great. We’ll definitely be back.

Got spicy beef noodle to go during non peak hour. It was ready in 10min. Super fresh, blazing hot, also can taste that the noodles were truly hand stretched.

What a lovely place. I ordered the beef noodle soup and it was really really good. Not sure why other people are marking this place down, there is nothing wrong nor with the atmosphere (was clean and comfy), nor with the service (waiter was very friendly and proactive). In my opinion it’s a perfect casual spot to grab a nice bite.

I called this restaurant order to go. They advised that I must order directly from their online system or order at the location. It was not too complicated to order online as long as you have a credit or debit card. Later I found they use self order system while you walk in. They packed the food very well. My family all enjoyed their Pork bun and lamb Biang biang noodles. My husband said the Pork bun tastes just like the bun we had in XI’AN . I will definitely come back to try other dishes. Recommend this place if you like XI’AN food.
