Good service, it’s fast food that actually tastes and looks good. My favorite is the shrimp po boy. They pack it with shrimp. Love it. And the kids love the 1 tender meal. Not something we eat a lot, but definitely good for a quick lunch on the go. A meal for myself and two kids cost about $16 after tax.

I’ve tried most of their menu by now, and I’ve never been disappointed by the food. The chicken is juicy and has good flavor from the breading; the biscuits have always been warm and fluffy for me; and the fish and shrimp and fish are quite tasty as well. If you want fried chicken or fish, go to Popeye’s.

Great chicken but that’s about it. Service is very slow. Out of the dozen times I have visited this store, they have fouled up my order 3 times & forgot sauces EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Once they had me pull around and wait at the front door. Then they forgot about me – paid for food – but the order mysteriously vanished? They weren’t even busy. 🙁

Absolutely did not satisfy me. The chicken was tasteless and did not fill me up at all. Tasted horrendous, and as if it was not spiced. The Mashed Potatoes & Cajun Gravy was cold and not appetizing at all. Definitely would like to see improvement at this location as it is not up to the standards others hold.

staff was very nice. but the food was awful. i ordered the spicy chicken which had no spice it looked as if it had been under the warming light for several hours. and then the worst part aside from the food and over priced garbage they served my family and i. was there dining room looked like it had never been cleaned food on the floor napkins and straw covers every where not one table wiped down. so i guess it’s pick the cleanest one right not this time i grabbed an employees attention and notified her of the problem at which time she promptly started cleaning while all the others sat and watched her. not impressed at all leave chicken to the folks from kentucky.

Service was fairly fast but there definitely needs to be some training on public service. This restaurant is not very organized. One of the workers had a child ( I’d guess around 15 months or so) wandering around the lobby. They acted like it was “normal or cute”. The girl said “be careful he’ll try to steal you food” and laughed. I love kids but this is very unprofessional and disturbing. We probably won’t be eating here much.

The chicken is pathetic. No flavor At all. I asked for spicy not even a little spicy. My fries were soggy. cost me 10 bucks and I will never eat there again. Horrible!!! KFC at least add seasoning to their chicken.

Popeyes is quite delicious. Their chicken and biscuits are absolutely the best fast food has to offer. However, they are quite expensive unless you happen to get their special. Overall, a quality restaurant and they do a good job. The associates were all very kind!

The 3rd time we have been there. Got home and was missing food. The butterfly shrimp looked like popcorn shrimp. The mac and cheese sucked. Said we wouldn’t go back the first time! But once again gave them another chance. Never again! To many great places to eat right there. Missing food made me cook more food to feed us! There is a big problem here! We love food, and the Pocatello store. ..Sucks! Bad! Never again!

I just paid $10.59 for a 5 piece chicken jerky meal. That was the most expensive, crusty, tough order of chicken I have ever had. The breading was like a stale, slightly moist crouton and the thin slices of chicken were cooked to jerky status. If I can post a photo, I’ll show you my pathetic chicken. Stay away!

In the time I wrote this, the family to my right went up to the counter and complained about their order. The young family in front of me complained amongst themselves and even got after their toddler for gnawing on the chicken for so long. They told the poor kid they would make him macaroni at home. Now, as I type this, an older couple, also to my right, is complaining about how expensive it was. I’m not alone! What is this place??
