Regular food, noisy and not so good service. The place is located inside the silverton casino, and open to the game rooms, most tables have high chairs so uncomfortable for elderly or kids. The food was good, but the meat had a weird after taste. Service was not so good, you order in a counter and the food is sent to your table but you have to take your own utensils and beverages from a soda machine. Plates arrived one by one and tables were not well cleaned.

Open late, cooked fresh, fast and lot of options. It’s not Chinese, it’s a lot of everything. Japanese and Thai dishes even. Not a fancy location. But some of the dishes really impressed for the speed and setting. One standout was the Black Pepper Beef Ribeye, had a ton of very tasty beef. Not their cheapest plate, but a lot of tasty protein in a great sauce with peppers, onions, and huge asparagus.

The service was mediocre at best. Food was extremely flavorless and bland. Rice was basic, Mongolian Beef was NOT hot. Even after they gave me their “hottest sauce,” it still couldn’t even be considered warm. EXTREMELY overpriced. Not worth it at all. Panda Express would have been cheaper and better by far.

I don’t have high expectations whenever trying new Chinese-inspired restaurants because there’s so many of them in this city (in this country, rather), so to find one extremely better than the other can be difficult at times. My family and I tried this restaurant for the first time a few years ago and after that initial visit, it warranted a second visit. After the second visit, I thought I wouldn’t return; not because of a bad experience, but due to this city having an extreme amount of restaurants to try. My wife and I returned for a third time on 20 Apr 2024 and based on all three visits, everything has been pretty consistent.

During the Apr 2024 visit, we ordered a massive amount of food so I could try a lot of their entrées and provide a robust/comprehensive review of this restaurant. We ended up getting the Chicken Lettuce Cups, Pork Belly Folded (Steam) Buns, Asian Chicken Wings, Potstickers, Green Bean Beef, and Sweet and Sour Chicken. Every item was magnificent with the exception of the Green Bean Beef. Whereas the flavor profile of the Green Bean Beef was superb, the beef texture was less than adequate – it was overcooked. Normally, I’m not a big fan of Chinese style Potstickers (I enjoy Korean and Japanese style more), but the ones from WuHu are fantastic.

Of noteworthy mention, I’ve also tried the Wonton Soup, Crab Rangoon, Orange Chicken, Mongolian Beef, and Kung Pao Chicken from this restaurant during my previous visits and all items were extraordinary, except the Mongolian Beef; the beef wasn’t overcooked, but rather too salty for me. It’s weird because normally the beef entrées at Chinese restaurants are grandiose and my go-to items; however, this restaurant’s beef entrées are batting zero-for-two, for me.

The service is amazingly quick here which is appreciative because whenever you walk up to the restaurant, there always seems to be at least 5-6 groups waiting in line to place their order and/or 2-3 tables waiting for their food. The prices are slightly on the higher side for being a fast casual restaurant, but it “somewhat” balances out with the food quality and service. Only downfall for me is that this is located really close to the casino floor which welcomes cigarette smoke into the dining area. I mean, I get it, it’s a casino, so what do you expect? Well, I can mention several places that aren’t as exposed to people with cancer sticks while you’re trying to eat. Overall, I enjoy coming here if and when I happen to be in this part of the city…and I still recommend this restaurant to everyone.

The Wu Hu restaurant is inside the Silverado Casino. We came to eat the roast duck which was very good and excellent flavor with the sweet sauce. The wonton was only average and the Hong Kong pan fried noodle with beef was ok only.

The orange chicken is reminiscent of panda express. The Singapore noodles lack flair, notes of green onion and peppers and not enough flavor. But the service, beware. The cashier might drop your cups at you, as if gently throwing them at you. Worth trying, but not returning.

I want to share my recent experience at this restaurant. The customer service was very poor — the staff spoke in a rude and angry tone for no reason, and the interaction felt unprofessional.

The food quality does not match the high prices. For example, they charged five dollars for a very small container of peanuts, which is unreasonable. Overall, the value and service were disappointing, and I would not recommend this place.

The WuHu Noodle inside the Silverton Casino is a good place to pop in and eat. Nothing fancy just good food. I had the Kung Pao Shrimp that lacked flavor and was bell peppers and onions but my wife really enjoyed the orange chicken. I noticed I n the receipt that there was a $3 service charge…
So I guess there is no need to leave a tip, although an employee brings out your food, no one waits on you. You get your own drinks and plastic utensils.

This is our second time eating here. First time was nothing special and tonight it was convenient. I will say the food was better tonight than the first time, but nothing sticks out. The rice was less than average. The floors were dirty and both of the menus at the register were filthy. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months.
