Pretty good, affordable lunch option. Felt healthier than some of the other meals we ate while in town. Not much seating inside; so we got our wraps to go and went back to our hotel patio across the street. Can order half a wrap but can only customize full size. The wraps we tried were good. The turkey one was pretty heavy on lettuce; however it was still ok.

Fabulous breakfast place. Great value, friendly owner and staff. Breakfast burritos are over the top, and they are happy to make substitutions for their combos. Everything very fresh.

The food itself was good, but the service ruined the experience. The person at the counter was more focused on chatting with a friend than helping customers, and I felt like an inconvenience just for trying to order. I rarely leave reviews, but this stood out. Front-of-house service needs serious improvement. You’ve lost a local customer.

4 of us stopped by and grabbed both breakfast and lunch. Everything was fantastic. The gluten free wraps were so good we had to double check that they were really gluten free.

Wraps…aren’t they just burritos?
I’m not a wrap fan. Never have been, probably never will. I’ve visited Wrapcity three times. The wraps are tasty enough, but not worth driving out of my way.
Statistically speaking, a wrap is proportional to a burrito. Same idea, different inners. But here, the flavor factor (F) seems to be consistently less than advertised. Every wrap I’ve tried underdelivers on the promised flavor profile, and they all suffer from a dryness variable that lowers the overall enjoyment quotient.
Many locals sing Wrapcity’s praises, but for me, the flavor equation doesn’t balance. They need to stick closer to the authentic ingredients and bold tastes they advertise, or risk being just a marketing neat idea without the delicious result.

Not a great experience, two ladies busy making breakfast for previous orders. Didn’t acknowledge my existence while standing in front of the register for seven minutes finally just gave up and sat down just to have somebody else come in and as soon as they got to the register they took their order. Then once I got my food, they didn’t ask if I needed anything else. Threw me my burrito and sent me on my way. I asked for sour cream and salsa and they said do you want more because it’s already on there. Even though their menu doesn’t show it. Please teach them customer service and etiquette if working in a restaurant. Thank you
