I had the Santa Barbara for take out. Good portion and flavors! I also liked the house made chips. They also get bonus points for serving items in a paper box as opposed to a Styrofoam container.

Food is okay,, service is SSSSSSLLLLLLLOOOOOOWWWWW!!! There’s nothing “fast” about this “fast casual” restaurant. It’s a wrap or a sandwich, it’s not hard. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to make them.
Also, as some others have mentioned – portion sizes leave a lot to be desired. They definitely don’t put a lot of the ingredients that are listed on the menu – you know, the whole reason you pick what to order – into the sandwich or wrap.
This place has a ton of potential and could be so much better with 50%. Speed up service time by 50% and add 50% more “stuff” into the food.

Our new favorite place. Had a coupon to try the place out from a community event and have been back almost weekly. The food is fresh and plentiful and tasty. The environment is homey and welcoming. The workers are friendly and fast. Can’t express how nice this place is to have in our little town. Thanks!

Wrap has a large menu with adequate seating in the dining room. All menu items come with fresh chips. There is a 5-minute wait when it’s slow, however I didn’t mind waiting for freshly made food. The sandwich & chips were tasty! Price wasn’t a concern, $16 for sandwich, chips and a bottled soda.

Took 15 min for someone to come, take the order. There were already at least eight people in line. Waiting after the order was taken. It took another 20 minutes to get the food and once the food was received, the Philly cheesesteak was so salty. It went right in the trash.I do not recommend this place.This was my first time here, and my last.

Very few vegetarian options. Zero vegan options, but you can ask for no cheese. Chips were amazing and the restaurant was clean and cozy. Really nice atmosphere. I don’t think we’ll be back, though. The food was not great (aside from the chips).

Sandwich was supposed to be served hot, but the meat was cold—as if it had just come out of the refrigerator. The house chips were also very stale. The cashier’s interaction felt minimal at best; he simply walked to the register, stared at me until I ordered, took my payment, and walked away. Efficient, yes, but far from good customer service.
I’ve now eaten here four times because I really do like the menu options, but the food continues to be poorly prepared and the staff consistently appears indifferent. I genuinely hope they improve, but at this rate, I’m not sure they’ll be around for long.

I got the Alamo wrap. It was tasty! I will ask for lighter on the sauce next time, and a little more time toasting. The chips were nicely seasoned. The brownie was rich and chocolatey, not dry at all, just like a brownie should be. Service was friendly and quick! The interior has a nice atmosphere. Big menu!

It was very expensive for only a serving portion (no leftovers). The salad containers are very shallow, and there is not enough actual lettuce/spinach. They need more staff. It was very busy and beyond slow. The employee was kind even though she was over whelmed. I would not return for all the waiting and only normal tasting food. I posted the receipt and food pictures.
