Absolutely Exceptional Experience!
From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm, professional service—especially from the wonderful Konstantina, who went above and beyond to make our evening special. Her attention to detail, genuine hospitality, and charming personality truly elevated the entire dining experience.
The steaks were perfectly cooked—tender, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. Pair that with the breathtaking views, and you’ve got one of the most memorable dinners we’ve had in a long time. So we had dinner here 3 of 4 days of our stay 🙂
Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-quality food, stunning surroundings, and truly outstanding service. We’ll definitely be back!

Although the food was good and the service was excellent, the restaurant is extremely pricey. I’ve paid 59€ for 350g of beef fillet and it was good, but nothing more. The Tartar dish was very smokey so it had strong taste that I didn’t like.
On the good side, the atmosphere is great, quite and elegant, the service is very kind and meticulous, the meat is fresh and tasty.
I recommend to order the lamb chunks that’s costs 35€ and it is really worth it.

The food here was phenomenal, the nicest tasting meal we had all holiday, in a really nice location. Some aspects of the service left room for improvement – my wife’s starter was beef tartare which has a little theatrical preparation at the table, but my wife was in the bathroom when the starters came out. I asked if we could wait until she was back and was told it couldn’t wait, or we could send the food back to the kitchen. I assume it was a food safety thing with the raw beef but I don’t think the starters should have been brought out with one person not seated. Our glasses weren’t always kept topped up then I got a bottle of wine taken out of my hand when I went to top it up myself, which I thought was a bit much. Felt like I was being told off. No cutlery for our main course as it was cleared away after starters, so we had to ask for more. The red wine was served chilled, we did question that and were told it was stored at 13-14C in the warmer months. Makes sense for longer term storage (I guess, not an expert) but I don’t think it should be served so cold. These are all fairly minor quibbles, but for the price you would expect the service to be top notch.

Prices are over the roof for very small portions.
I had to change course because of the meat prices (listed as average 20€ for 100g) but the quantity is 250g so you’ll be paying 50€ for your meat at least.
The tomato salad is a shame for Crete culture as you can count <15 quarters of small tomatoes, the special inside bread was watery instead of oily. 18€ for that is a rip off.
On the picture you have 30€ of food… 1 “tomato salad” and 5 slices of tartare so cold it has no taste.

We had an absolutely amazing evening at WOW. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The steak was cooked to perfection — juicy, flavorful, and one of the best I’ve had in a long time.

The service and food were exceptional! My boyfriend and I booked this as our final meal of our trip but unfortunately we were not feeling 100%. The team were so accommodating, friendly and patient! Will 100% be coming back to try their tasting menu again 🙂
