Had a disappointing experience here and I know for a fact I’ll never be going back. It seemed unusual that we were seated separately from the main floor of the restaurant but thought nothing of it. When asked what we would like to drink, she seemed annoyed that we requested water. Also seemed strange to me but again, I just brushed it off.
The restaurant is all you can eat, with each person charged $28.99 (or higher if you choose one of the special meat or seafoods). Time limit is 2 hours. All fine and dandy, sounds good right? Well, first it took quite a while to bring the meats out. Secondly, most places like this will have thinner cut meat for the meats that take long to cook. This place? Not at all. Most of it is all cut pretty thick, and the grill plate had some fairly low heat compared to other places I’ve been to, meaning you’re going to be waiting a while for it all to cook. And the server is the ones who cook for you, not you, meaning you have to wait for them to return. That, we did not do, because our server placed our meat down and didn’t return for nearly an hour (we took up the meat ourselves before that). Even worse, it seemed our server was making a conscious effort to avoid us because she straight up ignored us when we called.
There were a few more minor annoyances but in the end, each of us was only able to order 2 meats and a small bowl of rice each by roughly the 1h40m mark, and anyone who’s been to places like these know that they don’t carry out much of each meat. Not to mention the food was actually quite underwhelming. Definitely not worth $28.99. It’s not even worth $5. Go to Gyu-Kaku instead!

I’m so sad this place is closed! The staff was so sweet to my daughter while we ate, they kept her distracted in the sweetest way! Food was great for my second best experience with Korean bbq, wish them the best!

One of the most mediocre meals I’ve ever had. None of the food came even close to blowing me away. Everything was bland and the sizzle plate was far too hot and came smoking heavily. I will never return and would not recommend to anyone else.

I took my girlfriend here as we had never been to this type of restaurant before and thought it’d be fun. The staff was exceptionally friendly, we got our reserved table right on time, and the service was great! The food was very flavorful, and came with tons of sides. It was our first time here and theyvwere very accommodating.
