Hands down one of the best cideries we’ve ever been to. As someone who appreciates great cider, this place is absolutely on par with Seattle’s cideries. Even though we don’t drink that much, you can tell immediately when someone really knows what they’re doing, and the cider here is exceptional.

The taster flight is probably the best cider flight in Colorado. It is incredibly unique and every cider had its own personality. You can taste that they are using real, farm-fresh fruits, and there is a multi-generational lineage behind what they are doing, which makes the whole experience feel even more special.

The food was amazing. I’m completely full and we ate every ounce of it. It was so delicious that by the time I thought about taking a photo, the plates were already empty.

Andy, the owner, cider maker, and server, is hands down one of the most fun and entertaining people we have ever met in a dining experience. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does and loves sharing it with people.

This was just a lovely dining experience all around. Five stars, no question. If you are someone who appreciates great cider, great food, and a really fun atmosphere, you cannot miss this place.

What a wonderful evening!! I am so glad we picked this restaurant. I am usually not a cider person, but Andy (the owner) quickly changed my mind. From the Cider to the food and the absolutely amazing service, this will be our new go to restaurant in the Palisade (Grand Junction) area.

This was my fiancé & I’s second time here, we absolutely loved it. Unexpectedly they’re now serving bbq on Friday & Saturday nights but it was delicious we got the brisket and the chicken. The family who owns & works at this establishment is incredible & very personable. They went out of their way to bring wine from their winery (Varaison) since it was closed once we got into town. We will be returning again!

13 °Brix Cider Bistro hosted a BBQ dinner for the opening night of my 40th Birthday trip to Palisade.

Ron’s prepared menu of BBQ and sauces were wonderful and filled my friends and I up more than we ever have been before. We left wanting nothing more and a little unsure if we would ever be able to make room to eat again!!

Andy West’s curation of Cider was impeccable and his chemistry background shows through to deliver the perfect cool crisp refreshment needed.

All capped off by Kristin’s warm welcome and care of my family and friends.

Thank you so much Ron, Kristin and Andy for making such a wonderful memory for my friends and I and for making my birthday the best one yet!

Saturday night had the BBQ ribs and brisket. WOW! Very delicious!! But the best part were the baked beans! They are worth the trip alone! Andy was a great waiter. Everything was so good that we are back for Sunday brunch, and it is not a disappointment. Sage is so helpful with all my allergies! I’ll be back!

We were excited to try this place. My daughter loves ciders and we were able to sit outside with our pup. Our server was attentive and gracious. We ordered a flight of ciders, sandwiches and French onion soup. Unfortunately we did not like the ciders. They were flat and one tasted like vinegar. The French onion soup was really good, however the sandwiches were disappointing. They were skimpy, not enough meat to bread ratio. Just lacking for the price. I wish I could give a better review, but we ended up wishing we had gone elsewhere.

Chose this as a new place for my birthday and now it’s a forever favorite! Delicious cider options, scrumptious sandwiches, and savory soup/salads. The service was personable, professional, and just overall great. Being from a bigger city, I wish we had a place like this but then I imagine it wouldn’t have all the charm that it has now. Thank you for being open – I look forward to our next visit.

Fourth of July limited menu to BBQ ONLY, we ordered brisket and burnt ends both were very good but not large portions. Bbq sauces were excellent, mashed potatoes excellent, corn bread was terrible. Coleslaw excellent, baked beans excellent. Cider they had very limited flavors and our waitress was hard to understand about what was available to taste. We ordered vanilla Perry and raspberry rose. Didn’t care for them…told her i didn’t really like the raspberry rose and she did nothing. Said she would send the person over that makes the cider but never did. Paid for 2 full pints of cider we didn’t drink and she could have cared less. Will not be back.

We stopped in over Labor Day weekend. We were greeted at the wait stand with a very friendly gentlemen who reviewed the menu and specials with us.
We sat outside and ordered a flight of hard ciders. My husband ordered the Brix Cheesesteak (he loved it) and I had the special of the day which was chicken salad on a croissant with a side of Italian wedding soup.

WOW, hands down the best meal we had while visiting the western slope that week!

The chicken salad was delicious, with the fresh buttery croissant taking it to the next level. The soup was so fresh and flavorful, I was stuffed but could not stop eating.

We devoured our food so quickly I forgot to take photos.
This will be our new go to while visiting Palisade, we want to hit the Sunday brunch next time!

Stopped by 9/2025 and service and food was just as good! Photo of the daily chicken salad special with potato salad, delicious!

13 Brix is an absolute gem. Every visit feels like a cozy escape. The rustic atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff couldn’t be friendlier or more attentive. The food is just as impressive as the drinks: the sandwiches are fresh and flavorful, the soups and salads are comforting and well-crafted. The ciders themselves are fantastic; crisp, unique, and perfectly paired with the menu. With reasonable prices and consistently great service, this place has quickly become one of our favorite spots in town. Looking forward to coming again next year!
