Stopped at this restaurant about an hour ago. I ordered French Fries and asked where the rest room was. The young lady that rang me up said it was out of order. I asked for my 3 year old grandson. I was told my order would be ready in 5 minutes I left and my daughter in Luv went to find a rest room and most of the businesses were doing online orders or were closed. She ended up taking him to the back and let him relieve himself there. When I went to pick up my order I asked how were they using the bathroom since it would be unsanitary and I was informed that they have an employee bathroom and I would have had to ask the manager to use it. I’m done trying to patronize establishments. Maybe I’m not getting it but she knew my 3 year old grandson had to use it and could have went and asked. Nope no nope never again

Waited 30 minutes for food still left with no food had to get a refund. They kept saying a few more minutes each time I asked how long. The cashier was on her personal phone the whole time. My friend ordered a burger and got it quick. I ordered fried fish and had to wait. It’s obvious that the burgers are precooked since they are coming out quicker than fried food.

This is by far the best shrimp fried rice ANYWHERE! No other fast food or chain is messing with their fried rice. Also, their wings are proportionate sized. This is the best restaurant selling wings, subs, and salads. I love them!!!!

I ordered a salad over the phone. I was told 10 to 15 minutes. I did a few errands to give them time. I got there after maybe 25 minutes and it wasn’t ready. 2 other patrons came in ordered from the counter. We all received our food at the same time. I can only assume it was never prepared when I called. However, I must say it was very good. Service needs a little work.

I ordered 2 piece tilapia with shrimp fried rice. The food was fresh and delicious. However, the wait was horrible. I ordered on the phone and was told 15 to 20 mins. I ran a few errands and called to check on my order. It had already been 45 minutes and took 14 mins to get there. When I got there, the food was never prepared and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. So my 15 – 20 minute wait end up being abou 1 hour and a half wait. I should have been offered a discount or free appetizer for my extra wait time. I also agree that the prices are way too high. Should lower prices or offer 50% discount during happy hour or lunch special half off prices.
