UPDATE: 02/25/2025
Decided to give them a try again when shopping at the store recently. Excellent fried chicken is back! Super crispy, light crust on tender, moist chicken just like they originally had. Garlic soy flavor still great. I’m not sure if they changed owners, but the staff is different than previously – service is still basic, which is fine for takeout. So glad the quality returned. Better than BonChon.

Not sure what happened, new ownership or cutting corners? We ordered boneless chicken strips like we normally do, but now they were cut up into nuggets (yet still called boneless strips) and have absolutely no batter crust on them whatsoever. Which is the part that made them crispy and delicious. While the soy garlic sauce remains the same, the chicken is soggy outside and somewhat dry inside. No more juicy interior after biting into a crisp crust. I literally could have made these at home. No warning or update on the menu, just some new items. Incredibly disappointing especially since the price increased significantly and my son requested the original recipe for his birthday dinner.

Great value for the money. I ordered mixed flavors wings and they stayed crispy until I bought them home for 30 minutes of driving. The taste was like old school Korean chicken.

I was craving Korean fried chicken and found this on Google Maps. Surprisingly good Korean fried chicken! Pretty much on par with a Bonchon franchise location. Menu is a bit sparse (no fries or anything else really), but price is good, tastes good and really convenient location from Rockland County. I even ended up ordering a party platter at a recent gathering.

I have a soft spot for hole in the wall places with good food & this place is DEF on the top 10 list
Place is in a corner of supermarket & maybe my guy isn’t always there BUT the chicken is top notch High level food.
Wings are always crunchy & tender & never soggy or bland.
If I’m in that store I have told random ppl that this chicken is the best & usually Korean ppl frown on that but I dont care bc I’m actually helping myself – if my dude doesn’t get enough $ – he will close & my chicken life will be that much worse.
Please stop by this place (call ahead – like 30min) & please be patient & please tip.
I promise you – you will not be sorry
