Me and the fam bam ate at this little piece of paradise. I loved the atmosphere, admired all of the ribbons won for the barbecue sauce. Add some green chili to it too and I would say I was a pretty satisfied curvy lady! Amazing customer service. Super friendly! Too bad it’s so far away from where I live, but if you’re heading that way should definitely make that your pit stop! Mac and cheese and onion rings on a sandwich. Why not?!!!

Amazing barbecue with flavors that really stand out. The baked potato salad is incredible. Every meat came out perfectly cooked. The jalapeño sausage had just the right amount of heat. Brisket melted in the mouth. The house sauces added a nice extra touch to the meal.

We wondered in here during Rio Frio Ice fest. Delicious turkey and bbq sauce. Brisket was juicy too. Even the slaw was great. Good place to remember on our cross country trip.

Great BBQ ! The baked potato salad is off the chart! I also like milking for the sauce. All meat was cooked perfectly. Jalapeño sausage was spicy as it should be. brisket was so tender. Liked the house sauces as well.

Went in on a busy night, and without making a reservation like I should have. Kyle and his team went out of their way to find us a place to sit and enjoy our meal. Food was great as always and really hit the spot after a long day at work. I have never had a bad meal at Woody’s.

So this place is off the charts incredible, I usually get the meat locker which is just a sampler of the meats available with a side of baked potato salad and have no complaints. Recently I’ve been trying different sandwiches they offer and I’ve really been missing out on Tuesday I had the brisket dip which was the best version of a French dip I’ve ever encountered but the Pulled Pork Cuban truly took the top spot for me the Texas toast, pickles, ham and Nashville gold sauce is a true work of art. It may seem expensive your first time but I promise it is worth every penny and a healthy tip. Definitely my favorite spot in the entire valley.

The barbecue was not even mediocre. The burnt ends were extremely dry as was all of the other cuts of meat ( brisket ribs ). We showed up for lunch and the meat should have been pretty fresh but it seems like it was leftovers from the day before . The Mack and cheese was almost a slop covered in cheese . The noodles were way over cooked . I would not recommend in the future. the staff is also pretty preoccupied with their devices . I do have one good thing to say about Woody’s Q Shack, they really nailed the sauces.

Our family indulged in Woody’s Q Shack’s Thanksgiving meal. The entire menu was absolutely delicious. The portions were generous and the reheating instructions were clearly explained and simple. It certainly made my Thanksgiving more enjoyable. I highly recommend their food and will be taking advantage of their Thanksgiving offerings in the future.

Friendly staff! The place it self is nice. Just the price, portions and flavor is not there for me. It was ~$16 for JUST the brisket sandwich that had about two slices of brisket and (it was supposed to be brisket moist but was very dry and not much flavor at all) ~$6.50 more to make it a combo. And $8 for jalapeno cheddar link that was about the size of a braut. But the bbq sauces are delicious. Maybe they just rely on their sauce too much or it was just an off day. But still pricing is a bit much for what you get in my opinion

Excellent food! The staffing was friendly and easy to talk to. The environment reminded me of a traditional self serve bbq place. I’ll definitely be back again. Their bbq sauces are also really good.
