The ramen was incredible: rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and loaded with fresh toppings (mushrooms, chicken, spinach, bean sprouts, marinated egg, nori, green onions, and more everything I love!). Paired it with a refreshing boba drink that was the perfect cool complement. Cozy vibe, friendly service, and quick too. We’ll definitely be coming back multiple times!You won’t be disappointed!

Tried Wood One Ramen in Hallandale Beach. The soup dumplings, while house-made, were the tiny dim sum style and just okay. Chicken ramen had decent broth but the breast meat was dry. Gyudon beef was good, but the rice was dried out and sides (dumplings, spring roll) were clearly frozen. Oddly salty broccoli, too. Pass.

Came here for a quick dinner and was sat easily. Atmosphere and staff are nice service was fast. Ramen was ok but not hot enough and the spice on the table was not spicy enough to add to the ramen. The noodles were very good not too mushy. Flavor of the broth was good.

The shrimp shumai is delicate and delicious, and the kimchi cabbage is packed with flavor. I’m already looking forward to trying the Unagi Donburi dish in the future!

I’ve been to a good amount of ramen places but I always come back to WoodOne because they never disappoint, the pork is not too thick with fatty it’s just perfect. This time we went back and the pork had a different taste that made it even tastier. They add a good amount of pork, veggies, egg,and noodles . The Spicy ️ Pork miso never disappoints.
Always comes out delicious, and let’s not forget the pork gyozas 10/10.
