Their coffee is great, their bagels solid, and their service always super friendly, but I ordered a sandwich today and it was, well, awful. I thought I was ordering a cold sandwich, which is what I wanted, but it was hot. My bad for not clarifying. It was the roast beef one and I do love salt but this was basically so salty as to be inedible. I think it was the caramelized onions especially that were salty. And it wasn’t cheap.
So, go for the coffee and bagels – and the service – but avoid the hot roast beef!
