Definitely my favorite place in central Ohio to go see live music. Very broad beer selection, and always good service. The food’s not bad but I rarely eat when I’m there. They have a good liquor selection, nice patios and outdoor space, ample TVs for game watching, and a ton of high tops and chairs available in the main room. Sound in the main concert hall is always solid and I’ve even seen people bring their kids shows like Sierra Hull. How Woodlands is able to afford to book the talent that they do is a mystery to me. Every year, they consistently have a killer line of national, regional and local bands and musicians. If you’re here from out of town and you like good live music and good beverages, Woodlands Tavern should be your evening spot…

Had a great experience at Woodlands. Highly recommend the smashburgers and birria tacos. Venue isn’t huge but loved the atmosphere. Look for parking around the sidestreets.

We went to see a band here. It was a cozy venue. Even though the show was sold out, it didn’t feel too crowded.

User friendly venue for local and national acts; front room warm up bands, no cover, before ticketed show in the back. Check out the menu and drink options. Sweet patio scene as well.

It definitely has a neighborhood bar feeling to it. It was great to see the bartender talking to everyone she knew what drinks they all like!! They had a good happy hour going for beer. I love the vibes.

Atmosphere is very laid back. I came here looking for Blackbird Kitchen, thinking it was a restaurant, and was surprised to find that it’s the name of the food sold in the bar. So Blackbird Kitchen is not its own separate restaurant. You order food at the bar and they bring it to your table. Service was quick and the food was good overall. Parking was a bit confusing. Do not park in the parking lot before 6:30pm! You will need to find street parking, which was not hard. Outdoor seating area. They have live bands.

Excellent little live venue! Food is excellent and beer options are plentiful. Really cool place! Parking is tough the first time around but once you figure it out its simple. Service can be kind of rough but I’ve seen their bar service under staffed during a busy show and the waits were short and nobody really was wanting for anything. They do a good job of taking care of people. When you have their attention they’re very attentive. I love this place!

Wings were delicious! Staff a little negligent on caring or consideration how our food and drinks were after serving. Pop/Soda was absolutely awful Lemonade was good though.
Came for ROC/Grateful Dub concert with my kiddo.
