My last visit to this McDonald’s wasn’t really the best, but then again it really wasn’t the worst.

Yes the bathrooms did need a little bit of help especially around the sink area. And yes the dining room was extremely hot because they had the heater working full blast. The heater actually made the visit more comfortable of than anything else. But the customer service was actually very good.

I did manage to ask one of the employees about the parking situation and the main lot. And all they told me was “if there’s a space, you can park there.” I guess that means that this particular location, you can park anywhere there isn’t a vehicle! (See pictures)

I was a little surprised at the fact that not once did they speak to me in English nor did they ever greet anyone coming in through the door in English. Someone might say because of the fact that the city is on the border, the majority of the people coming in through the door only speak Spanish. But that isn’t the case in most other border cities. For example, San Ysidro. Everyone who comes in through that door is greeted both in English and Spanish. So why not this one? What I asked the assistant manager this question, all they did was shrug their shoulders.

The play area was a bit on the miss your side. Or else this review would have done four stars instead of 3. Overall The Experience really wasn’t bad.

Came through drive thru very very long wait person was cleaning drive through sign during lunch time only one lane open. This is unacceptable. Then, I got to the front and had to wait another 15 minutes for my food. I was told to go to one of the parking spots with a number, but they were all taken. Recommend sign cleaner cleans right when you open. Poor time management.

The service you get here is about what you would expect from a fast food place. It wasn’t very welcoming. However, it isn’t like they didn’t want to take my order. It is a busy restaurant and I get it. Food was not the best this time around. You can tell the fries had been sitting in the warmer for a while. For Drive Thru, being as busy as it always is, the service was pretty quick. Can’t really expect much, but they’ve improved with the way they handle things at their busiest and it shows.

What’s wrong with this McDonald’s, first of all no Dr Pepper threw drive through but yet they had Dr Pepper available inside and not they say they will no longer have Dr Pepper. Second I paid my meal with quarter and they said they can’t take more then a dollar in quarters or change! Like what!!! In the world!! It’s money and American so you gonna tell me if a child or a person that only has coins this McDonald’s won’t take American coins if it’s more then a dollar?! You need do some about this McDonald’s and your rude staff
