This was so darned delicious I wish I knew about them years ago. We shared the chicken and steak fajitas and it must be a popular dish because there were three other fajita plates that came out around the same time to other tables. Excellent service, got food within 10 min of ordering

Coming back from a trip we stopped for gas and saw Guadalajara, figured we’d give it a try. When we walked in, we were instantly happy with their beautiful environment and decor and it smelled so good! We were greeted and seated immediately, then they brought us chips, salsa and pico de gallo (the pico was was absolutely amazing).

Came in at around 8PM on a Sunday evening exhausted and hungry from a day’s of farm work wanting some good food, and Guadalajara delivered! We both ordered the Chimichunga and the food came out within 10 minutes. Free chips and salsa were delicious, and our eyes opened up nearly as big as the plates our food was served on! The food was a good sized portion, piping hot and delicious; do note the plates ARE HOT so don’t grab and hold onto it! The atmosphere was very relaxed with soft country playing in the background. Seats and tables were clean and everyone was friendly and courteous. Would definitely come back!
