Have loved coming here since high school and it’s still my favorite, local, overall restaurant. The Sweetbreads & the Pistachio Crusted Salmon, being the stars of the show, don’t forget to order their crème brûlée or Tiramisu for dessert ♂️

We live in the next town over and this is our favorite place when we are going out for dinner. Reservations on weekends can be tough to come by unless you do it in advance. If we are last minute, we’ll sit at the bar (which gets crowded too) and still have a great experience. The menu changes from time to time which keeps everything fresh. We’ve had everything from shrimp and grits to steak to duck to sushi and it’s all been amazing. The drinks are well made and they have a great bar selection. Highly recommend.

This place is always solid. Leaving a review because I don’t like to leave negative reviews. Recently we decided to try somewhere other than the Woodland for a special night out and only left that other place saying “we wished we just stayed with the Woodland”. Always solid food, drinks and only to be outdone by the service! Steak au poivre is on point! Connor treats everyone like family. If you’re in the area, definitely come here and finish with the brownie sundae!

We were passing through the area and found Woodland. Was fully booked, but we were accommodated at the bar.
We are very satisfied with our meal. Every dish was cooked. Well the portion sizes were just right, and everything was very tasty.
We enjoyed sitting at the bar, it has a nice skylight, it was raining, made for a unique atmosphere. We would definitely come back and explore more of the menu .

This is a great spot in Lakeville that has been around forever! First came here 30 years ago – and my recent visits this year have been fantastic! Great menu with lots of choices, excellent drinks and beer/wine and the service is very helpful. And just love the space – make sure to sit in the bar!

My sister and I went here on NYE 2023. We loved the menu. Everything we got was delicious! The soup and the ravioli I for had black truffle and it was delicious!! My sister got their classic pistachio crusted salmon. She’s ordered it before and really liked it. She also got the beet salad that looked so pretty. I’m excited to go back.

Six years ago my husband and I had the good fortune to dine here while visiting Salisbury. We travel frequently and are food fanciers. We just returned to the area and eagerly looked forward to returning to Woodland! It did not disappoint. The food was incredible. Top notch fresh ingredients, simplistically created to show case the quality of the ingredients. The steak tartare was the best we have had. The Bibb lettuce with olive crumbles was sublime (France). Exceptional oysters plenty chilled which often is missed. The tuna was perfectly cooked. The Chablis was special. Run, do not walk to this special treasure of a culinary experience.

Great little restaurant with an extensive upscale menu served in an old school atmosphere. Comfortable dining, an intimate bar, and friendly staff make for a great evening. I will be back for more lamb!

Husband and I had some lovely cocktails and apps at the bar. The service was very welcoming and friendly and the dishes were delicious! His late parents used to come here for date nights. It’s very nice and refreshing to see a place still doing so well over time.
