Ordered four pizzas online on a Monday around 3 PM for a 4:45 PM pickup. I showed up a little early just in case they were ready, but the order ended up being about ten minutes late. The staff explained a large 10-pizza order came in right before mine, which makes sense. Still, I had ordered early because I needed the pizzas for an event, so the delay threw things off a bit.
That said, the employees were friendly and apologetic, and the pizzas were good—especially for the price (around $45 total). My only suggestion would be to plan for a little extra time when scheduling pickup orders, just in case they’re running behind. Overall, good value and great service from a team that cares.

The worst costumer service ever. Ordered pizza online, it showed me order is gonna be ready in 17 minutes. I came in in 20 minutes and the guy in the store told me my order is gonna be ready in 1 hour and he can’t do anything REALLY? Thank you, bye. Better go to Mod Pizza, they are always quick and friendly.

Order placed at 5:17. Was quoted delivery within 22-37 minutes. Called at 5:55 was told it was on the way. It was in fact not on its way. Was still in the oven. Didn’t get delivered until 6:21. Two thumbs down. I get it that you get slammed. But let’s be honest about where the food is.

I placed an order Saturday night and I was very disappointed. The pizza had a sprinkle of cheese. At this point I could have just ordered a garlic bread. If the store is running out of ingredients they should make the customers aware so that they don’t order and can go elsewhere.

I generally have a good experience here until I don’t. I had an order discrepancy 1 time only when I tried to order by phone. Today was horrifying for me and I felt just absolutely humiliated at the counter. My left eye was cut out last July and I be just list significant amount of vision in my other eye. The man who is always there and has helped me order several times I asked he could remember what the pizza i order every time was because the new kid was given me a total of double the price I always pay. He shouted at me like I was an idiot and was bothering him. After shouting me down so loudly and humiliating me he proceeds to shout down to the assembly line of workers what occured making me feel like an idiot again. No it’s not his fault that I lost my vision however he could at least treat me with some modicum of dignity if I ask a question. He does work there and I’m a regular customer I don’t think that’s asking to much. I have to live in this world too.
