Have had food multiple times but this was the first time I got it to go. Ordered a salad, burger, kids meal and GF Margherita pizza. Picked up my order and on my way. Only to get home and find out pizza was NOT Gluten free and it was loaded with some sort of meat. Could not tell exactly. I called and asked what in the world happened and was disappointed in response. I was put on hold and then told I can have some sort of credit for next time. When explaining that was not what I wanted I just needed a pizza what I ordered and I had to drive back to pick it up because everyone else had their food except one. I was told they were sorry and will have my pizza ready when I get there. After driving back going inside to show the pizza what I received ( they did not even look ) I was given so named Margherita pizza what was burnt and I could not believe the tomatoes they used. If you are looking for Margherita pizza then this place is not for it.
Overall we have been very happy with food as we always dined in. We will not be returning due to response we received.

Great concept to have so many tasty choices. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was way too warm inside, though. Turning the lights off during daylight may be helpful.

We patiently waited for 30 minutes they weren’t busy at all. They forgot our order. Didn’t apologize just flat out didn’t care. Didn’t try to make it up to us. All the young persons there just rolled their eyes and acted as if it was our fault.

Had a BBQ chicken pizza. The pizza was sub par. Not enough BBQ sauce and the onions were way to strong. The service was great. The building could use some TLC. The can lights were blinking non stop and I noticed some dirty air vents. Also a couple of drop ceiling tiles that had water damage to them.

Waited 45 minutes+, asked politely twice where me and my wife’s food was, kept getting told it’d be coming right up. It was not busy, when inquired a third time, was told my order was lost in the system, asked for a refund. Eventually got a refund, staff didn’t apologize, or try to fix the situation, they just seemed indifferent and didn’t really care. Don’t know how this place makes any money. Advise management to teach front facing staff better customer service skills.
Would not recommend, staff just seems to not care or have any kind of customer service mindset.

We tried this place as a family (4 different pizzas)
Same concept as Mod Pizza or Blaze Pizza. (But not an assembly line like Mod and Blaze)
Mixed reviews from everyone. Great to try once. Some would go back for pizza, others would go back for the ice cream and some would go back to try a burger. Interesting concept three restaurants under one umbrella.
Please note: The Lava cake ice cream was 10 out of 10! And the loaded fries we got to go and no onions, so it came unassembled, those were delicious too!

I love wood-fired pizza and this restaurant does not disappoint! It’s a great size for the price and comes out so hot & tasty! I like that this location is 3 restaurants in 1 because after enjoying the pizza we were able to get the most delicious ice cream & shakes. I definitely don’t mind making the 20+ minute drive from my house to get this pizza, but it would be great if they could add a location closer for me to enjoy!
