She is a bigger lady with glasses.
She isn’t friendly.
The owner doesn’t maintain his property nor does he follow standards and allows drinks to be brought outside on the bench.
They smoke cigarettes inside the bar.

Owner showed up with his GF and allowed her to start fights with everyone at the bar… even the bartender asked her to leave and the owner watched as she was giving the bartender a hard time. An unnecessary amount of very angry guests, not to mention his gf also had a lit cigarette inside at the bar.
