I ordered through drive thru and the cashier that took my order (Drew) was very kind with great customer service! Despite the fact that it was very busy during the time I went, he didn’t seemed overwhelmed and was always with a smile and good attitude! Thank you for your great customer service! AMAZING! I usually complain about my drink tasting more like milk than anything. First time coming to this location 9/26 3:30pm and not only does my drink taste delicious (best I’ve had recently) but the person at the drive thru window had great customer service. Thank you!

My drinks were not made as requested. I called to let them know and requested a new drink as a courtesy Naomi refused and said No because she made it correctly. I don’t see any whipped cream I don’t see any caramel brulee topping and I don’t see any trace of cinnamon sprinkles (photo attached) Sad. She could have just said yes to make another drink and I would have drove out there again in this rainy weather. Disappointed.

Some people are just not meant to be in the drive thru, so I got a cranberry bliss bar and a hot peppermint mocha. She handed me my food item and then said, “have a nice day” im like is she talking to me. Then proceeds to ask me, “is there something you’re waiting for?” I told her. “My drink”. Like come on and do your job. Is not hard to remember the orders when someone is paying. That really made me upset because I got 2 items and she cant remember what I just paid for. Good luck girl, make sure you count the change correctly.

I’m am definitely a Starbucks addict, I’m at Starbucks everyday but yesterday I went to this store and not my regular one, the drink was perfectly fine and the messages I always get on my cups everywhere I go are always cute but I’m not sure if I should be offended or what it meant when they wrote this on my cup yesterday “SKINNY?” With a question mark. can anyone tell me if it means something and I am just not understanding or should I be offended. I think it’s ridiculous how expensive their coffee and drinks are and the ingredients are not that good quality but the reason why I’m posting this review is got to do with the fact that they were charging me $4.50 for a cup of Venti size milk so yeah it’s not worth it

I am a starbucks addict, three starbucks a day and I have NEVER EVER seen some thing this dumb. I paid for 2 VENTI strawberry açaí, light water, light ice. The lady said there would be a gap because of the light water which I completely understand and have been told that before. It has always been a GAP, never HALF WAY. To top it off it wasn’t light ice at all which means i’d only get five sips out of it. They gave me what they would give in a grande yet I paid for a venti. Worker said “all starbucks do this, I can assure you they don’t and this location just needs retraining.

Whoever is making the pumpkin spice cold foam is making it weak can’t even taste the pumpkin spice just plain foam. Be cautious right after school parents are using the parking lot as a drive through to pick up there kids making it a hazard!

If you go drive thru the line is always long. This location is bigger than the normal Starbucks, they are allowing people to sit inside to use wifi and enjoy their drinks again at minimum capacity with 6ft apart. the staff is nice, the only thing I did not like is that none of Starbucks employees wear gloves to prepare your drinks. Most of the places were I have been in restaurants or people who handle our food wear gloves And caps to avoid food contamination or hairs I guess they’re the exception.
