Nora’s Deli officially became Woodbridge Deli on July 11 I wanted to introduce myself if you haven’t been in yet. My name is Eric and I recently bought Nora’s Deli. My family had owned Woodbridge Deli for almost 50 years. We are bringing it back with some of the old favorites as well as keeping some of Nora’s customers favorites plus keeping the same cook in the kitchen. We want to welcome everyone in and can’t wait to meet the community. This is very exciting for us and our goal is to bring you great food, quality catering along with amazing service. We found a hidden Gem! I’ve lived in Woodbridge for 5yrs and never knew of this little spot! Small but Full of amazing food options! My fiancé & I stopped by for the 1st time because I wanted a BLT (turkey bacon ! No pork for me!) & fries!
lol it was amazing ! He had a a French onion soup & half sandwich, AMAZING! KATHY was great at suggesting items & was so welcoming! I told her this was a Deli Diner lol it had everything you could think of ❤️We were so excited we took food to go as well! I’m soooo happy I had that craving & found this place !

While in NJ to visit family, I searched out a diner with good ratings nearby. This one stood out. It was easy to find. We parked on the street as it was not too busy when we arrived.
It’s a deli and a diner. The staff greeted us as we came in the door and were playful and joking the whole time. We ordered off the daily specials menu and shared a sandwich and soup. We were served quickly. The food was hot and flavorful. Really big portions. Well worth the drive. We will visit again.

Woodbridge Deli is truly a local gem! From their top-notch catering (That I have used for various catering events) to the endless menu options (some of my favorites are The Little Italy, Italian wedding soup, delicious 10oz Burgers, Italian Sub with the works, Mozzarella/Tomato/Basil pasta, and all homemade salads potato, macaroni, coleslaw) everything is done right. The daily specials keep things exciting, the homemade soups are absolutely delicious and the new family meal deals are a total win—feeding up to 4 people for just $30 is unbeatable. Amazing food, great prices, and that hometown feel you can’t fake. If you’re in or from the area, this spot is a must!

I never went to the old Woodbridge Deli but always heard how great their potato salad was. I finally went and was happy I did! I bought 1lb each of the potato and macaroni salads as well as a small chicken tortellini soup. They gave me a choice of whether I needed it heated or not which was great because I wasn’t eating it right away. Everything was delicious! I generally make my own salads but I would buy these again. A pleasant surprise was the leaves of pechters rye for sale. I bought 1 of those too. I will definitely be going back!

Poor quality and lack of custom service Bread not fresh, barely any meat on the sandwiches and my soup was cold. Very disappointing. Pervious owners definitely cared more about the food and presentation. Won’t be back!
