Been going here for over 6 years. Today was the last day. Although my sushi was good eel salmon and yellowtail, my teriyaki was horrible. The rice was so dry and overcooked it seemed days old and the chicken wasn’t nice chopped chicken as in previous orders. It was really thin. Like it wasn’t a thigh or breast, but some kind of pressed chicken substance that was dry and overcooked as well. You don’t even get a little salad anymore and the prices are higher with lower quality ingredients.

I love teriyaki times food. But honestly I had a really disappointing experience with them recently. My friends and I were placing and order at pretty much the same time for pick up. Given it was close to closing we were trying to order quickly. I placed an order at 7:39 they called and wanted to make sure I didn’t roll in at 8 when they close, I told them yes and my friend is currently checking out an order and we will both be there before 8. My friend finished check out at 7:42 and they called her and said they wouldn’t fill it because they were closed. I walked in at 7:50 in which the 3 rolls I ordered were already done. I told them the situation and asked if we could make something workout and they said no. Their explanation was that they had last call already… Which isn’t something available for you to know when ordering online. And basically said that sometimes they just decide to close early. Super disappointed and left me with a meal and my friends without over a 3 minute time frame. I probably won’t be returning for a while.

When you walk in, you order and then sit down wherever you want. They offer free water and hot tea. We went for Sushi and that seems a little pricey. There’s a small Sushi bar with about 4 or 5 seats. The girl at the order station is really nice and helpful.

Got the Katsu roll, honey garlic chicken, & a regular Katsu plate (not pictured). Got one of the plates with pork fried rice. It was BOMB! Food was still hot when we got home cause they put it in foil! 10000000/10 we will be back 🙂
