I paid $75 for a Gary Sheffield autograph in Oct 2025; sent in my item early before the deadline, w/ pre-paid SASE, in November 2025; waited for the 6 Dec 2025 signing; and then this company didn’t even give Sheffield my customized, 1 of 1 item that I paid for to sign. I was told it was left off to the side because of their error. One card had an attached stickie that literally said “sign here” (and attached to the desired location for no confusion). A duplicate second card had a stickie that said “a gift for Mr. Sheffield.” It wasn’t hard to understand that one of the two cards was for a paid signature, and the other card labeled “a gift for Mr. Sheffield” was a gift.
The manager overseeing this (“Stephanie”) never reached back to explain any of this, which would have been helpful, until I called to get an update, but issued me a refund almost 3 weeks after this botched signing (giving me her word that she would drop off my return package that day, or by the next morning). However, she could’ve cared less about the fact they COMPLETELY fumbled my business (she had an abrasive, pushy, unconcerned attitude). Fast forward to now, 2+ months after sending in my item, my item/SASE still hasn’t been returned to me (w/ my USPS tracking # showing no drop-off yet by the company)!
For the past 2 weeks (with almost daily calls to them), I was essentially ignored and never provided an update on my return item. Every time I have called, the front desk said the multiple managers (I’ve spoken to Ashley, Stephanie, and Eddie now) are always “out” or “off“ and the owner will “call back” when he “can” (and he hasn’t).
I called today again, same situation, and the front desk laughed about how the managers and owner are never there but that they will call me back. The daytime manager connected me to the owner’s business cell (Mike) and I spoke with his assistant “Ash” who answered. Ash confirmed Mike is the owner and will call me back next week. Ironically, “Stephanie” then magically called me later today (ONLY because of the negative online reviews she saw, upsettingly telling me I “blasted” her) and she now told me that she never sent my package back out (because they are looking for the first card) but that she will in two days. She also fiercely INSISTED (just like our phone call in Dec) that the owner is NOT Mike (and NO ONE works there with that name). When I told her Ash just told me Mike is the owner a few minutes ago, Stephanie angrily accused me of calling her a “liar” (which I do not do).
Stephanie was EXTREMELY hostile, rude, defensive, dismissive, cutting me off with attitude anytime I spoke more than a sentence, incompetent, and literally played a victim in the entire situation. Above all, I know Mike is the owner, because I spoke with him twice in November before I sent in my card to be signed.
I have never seen such horrible customer service from an individual in my entire life. If I were Stephanie’s employer and knew of such repulsive customer service and a poor work ethic (in the way she is treating her paying customers), I would fire her immediately!
Lastly, when I finally got my postcards back (8 weeks later), I was called beforehand and asked to “verify” my mailing address. What this really means is they lost my prepaid, self-addressed shipping package and needed to get my address again to mail my items back to me on their dime (which they denied when I asked why they needed my address). Just another example of the incompetence and not being honest.
Prices reasonable with bands on certain nights. On Wednesday’s they have wine and 2-1 entrees specials but, you better ask up front which entrees are on the special. We didn’t and assume all entrees were, especially after telling the waitress and showing the waitress in the app that’s why we were here! When we got the bill we were told our entrees were not on the list. We left a 30% tip but we will probably not be back.
BUT … Can we talk about the new “Tuesday Night Burger Special?!” We went for the launch last night (1/10/23) and it was delicious!
$9.99 for a burger cooked to your liking on a lightly toasted brioche bun, unlimited toppings for your burger PLUS waffle fries, cole slaw, and a pickle! You can tell Woodbridge Brewing Co. uses high quality ingredients for their food. It had that “good grease” (you know what I mean!) slightly dripping down my hand, I was in Heaven! I hope they keep this Tuesday Night special because we will definitely be back for it!
*photo is one burger with mozzarella, sauteed mushrooms, sauteed onions, and one burger with American, bacon, sauteed onions.
*Edit 1/24/23* Went again tonight but found out the burgers were being served on Kaiser rolls instead of brioche. Very disappointed, but I wont take a star away only because they hit another home run with the “meat lovers on flat bread” tonight. I always get mine without the sausage though, so you cant truly tell from my photo how it would be if you order it the way it’s meant to be. Delicious!
I recommend the tortellini.
Lasagna was very good, needs more cheese though.
Monday’s $10 pizzas two toppings. Monday’s $10 pizzas two toppings surprisingly good
