Showed up with my family at 720pm on Sunday night. Posted hours said they closed at 9pm. Upon coming in we immediately felt like they wanted to close early and we were intruding and keeping them late. I’ve been a server before and experienced that person coming in 5 minutes before close. I get it. I understand that feeling – but we were there over an hour before closing.
The service was not good. We felt rushed the entire meal. To take my family out and spend $100 to feel rushed by the staff and made to feel like we were intruding the entire time made for a miserable meal.
Tipped 20% – food was fine. Experience was the worst I’ve had in years and it’s rare I write a review.

So I ordered take out (first time eating here) drove over an hour because I heard of them having Fresh PAN Pizza.. Im from Philly so im a huge FOODIE. Food was really good but the service was so awful. 2 people walked right by me standing there when I first walked in the door… finally 10 mins later a Guy got my to go order ready for me but he seemed so annoyed and bothered that i even came in the door. And when he asked me what my order was before I could even finish explaining it he flat out walked away from me… I dont think I’ve ever been to a restaurant that was that rude before in my entire life. I used to manage a restaurant/bar for years and if anyone on my staff acted like any of those 3 people I wouldnt be a happy camper and neither would they. Really bad first impression the food definitely saved it..

Food is great, literally the only reason is a personal 4, is because something changed in taste, some of the pizzas my fiancee and I got years ago had a different taste than they do now. Not in a bad way, but it’s just not the same! Great local place for anyone passing by, out of all pizza joints around, this is still the spot

We walked in, without a reservation, with 9 adults and 2 kids. They sat us right away, the service was fantastic, the food was in abundance and delicious. We all took Togo containers home. We all would recommend you go there.

Wife pizza turned out fine, but dont order the Pan pizza. I dont mind a little stuck box cheese but the pizza was gross. Way too much bread even for a pan pizza and hardly no sauce. Threw it out.

Went to dine in on a weekday, not busy but horrible customer service, manager was very rude, the food was bland, the manager ruined the whole experience. Horrible waiter!! Felt like we were invisible! They need new waiters or waiter needs to fix her attitude!!!

I used to go to Woodfire grill a lot ,especially last Christmas. The place has gone downhill. The table was dirty the salt and pepper shakers are all sticky. My husband sent his shrimp scampi back after one bite. It had no flavor ,and the noodles were undercooked. I was charged $8 for the salad that comes with his meal. I ordered the Mediterranean pizza which used to be really good. When they brought the pizza, the calamari olives were whole and not cut up, the feta cheese was not melted, and the tomato slices were just thrown on their whole. I don’t believe I’m going to be going back there even though it’s very convenient for me to go there to eat and I was very disappointed. The manager did not even seem concerned and like I said made me pay for my husband’s salad that came with the meal and he sent the shrimp scampi back and went home hungry.
