I have been ordering from them for years. The food is great! Sometimes the lady that answers the phone can sometimes be rude. The people that always deliver to me are also nice, but tonight it wasn’t like that, I asked when I place my order over the phone if they could tell the driver to give me a little bit of time to get to the door because I just had surgery. The guy that answered the phone he also has delivered to me before. He told me oh yes I will tell him to give you 5 minutes. The delivery person knock twice within 2 minutes at my door and I told him hold on didn’t he tell you to give me a minute to get to the door. He said no I’m sorry man he did not. Then when I called back to tell him I thought they forgot my crap puffs, he said did you look real good don’t call unless you look good. I didn’t see them because I didn’t think they would put them in with the beef skewers. When I called back to tell him the guy said you need to check the bag better before you call and I didn’t have a chance to tell him to give you 5 minutes cuz we’re real busy do you realize it’s it’s Christmas. I said I do and he said well the more you keep talking to me do you want me to stay here till 10:00 at night. I said wow, you don’t have to be rude and I won’t be ordering from you guys anymore. He said thank you. That’s awful when you order from them for many years. I think if they can’t handle all the orders they shouldn’t take anymore.

This place was dead when we visited. And I don’t understand why. Everything we tried was delicious and we will be back. I recommend the potstickers (pan fried and not rubbery like so many places), the shrimp in garlic sauce, and the pork egg food young had the best gravy with thick chunks of pork and large pieces of veggies.

I’ve been eating here since they first opened when I was a kid and now my husband and I keep them as our go-to place whenever we want fast Chinese food. They’re always so sweet and friendly, and the food is great. Highly recommend to anyone in Peoria that wants to find their go-to spot.

I’ve ordered from here for many years but lately it seems even better!! My husband and I even stopped in one night to eat at the restaurant and the server was very accommodating and welcoming. When ordering delivery it’s always hot and delicious and they always will pack in the good hot mustard if you ask 😉 kung pow chicken and beef skewers never disappoint, 10 out of 10

We are vegan and they always make us different versions of our favorite meals with bean curd like sweet and sour, lemon, orange spicy, kung pao, teriyaki, veggie rice noodles, and veggie fried rice with no egg. We highly recommend!
10 month update: Still our favorite! I always forget to take pictures BEFORE we start eating, but here are some pics of today’s order which arrived quickly and hot! The portions are so large that you can’t even tell that we ate a ton of the veggie mei fun and Wongs tofu before getting a pic of it! Also shown is teriyaki tofu and veggie kung pao. Thanks for being the best Wongs Jr!

This will be my one and only order from here. I ordered orange chicken with fried rice, a sm order of lo mein, and a sm order of wonton soup. Total was around 16.00 Portion sizes were generous, however, the food quality to me wasn’t what I want out of chinese food. The fried rice was bland and undercooked and was literally just rice with soy sauce. No egg, carrots or peas that you get in most standard fried rices and certainly not worth paying the extra money for. The lo mein noodles tasted ok, but, again was just the noodles only and they were on the greasy side. The chicken for me was inedible. I tasted one piece as did my husband. It was sliced very thin and was quite rubbery and not crispy in texture at all. Sauce tasted okay but I could not get over the texture of that one piece of chicken. The one and only thing I could say I truly enjoyed was the won ton soup. Flavorful, hot, and had several nice sized won tons inside the broth. Overall, a disappointing waste of food as almost all of it went into the trash. Service was grewt and staff were nice and friendly and the order was filled quickly despite the issue with the food not being up to par.
