Wonderful Bistro is a good restaurant, with generous portions and flavorful food. We ordered the combination dinners, Szechuan beef and Mongolian beef/sesame chicken. The Szechuan beef could use a little more kick. The wonton soup was really tasty. Overall a good meal for a great price, and the service is friendly and smiling!

I decided to try Wonderful Bistro based on the the Google reviews. I ordered sesame chicken but with white meat. Instead they brought me orange chicken and when I complained, the waitress got pissy and told me it was sesame chicken. I know what sesame chicken tastes like and that wasn’t it! I got the wonton soup which had 1 wonton in it. The dough was thick and the wonton tasted bad. It was put in a base of egg drop soup. The egg roll was mediocre at best. I suppose if I hadn’t traveled all over and eaten at some of the best Asian restaurants, I wouldn’t know any better, but I do. I will not be giving them a second chance to get it all wrong again.

Wonderful Bistro in Pueblo is truly one of my favorite places to eat! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and consistently excellent every time I visit. The service is just as reliable — friendly, fast, and attentive without ever feeling rushed. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes you get. The restaurant is clean, including the bathrooms, which shows how much they care about cleanliness and customer comfort. It’s rare to find a place that maintains such great consistency in both food and service — Wonderful Bistro definitely lives up to its name!

The food here is always excellent. I got the Gen‘s chicken. The chicken was crispy. The sauce was delicious. It was served with your choice of rice and an egg roll on the lunch plate. The staff is very friendly and extremely responsive. You need to try this place you won’t be disappointed

My husband and I love this place. The food is excellent and the service is fast and efficient (I have never had an order go wrong!). The egg rolls are light and crunchy – and served super fast – best I have ever eaten. The szechuan shrimp is excellent too – not too much breading on the shrimp and the vegetables are crunchy and flavorful.

Clean and comfortable atmosphere, and the service is great. Had several people check on us consistently.
Then the food came and we were quite impressed. We were told this is the best Chinese Pueblo had to offer and it is very good. The best we have found in Pueblo so far.
For two of us with drinks we paid $42 which Is about average for a dinner these days so no complaint there.
We will return in the future.

This is a fast casual Chinese Americanized restaurant like you see in any town except this one is EXCELLENT. The beef was flavorful and perfectly tender. The egg rolls are perfectly fried. The shrimp is fresh and perfectly cooked. For this type of restaurant you will not find better. Real professionals here and pueblo should be proud. Do I sound like I love it? I do! To the people writing bad reviews I say this. GET OUT OF THE HOUSE MORE! Same for the people writing 4 star reviews. Were you expecting lobster and a valet? Show me better.
