Bitol is a Mexican Restaurant with a touch of passion and creativity, mixing the most exotic Mexican flavors to provide a modern menu with a chic dining experience. Bitol was named after Mayan mythology, meaning God of Sky. Our goal is to bring a warm establishment that has smart modern features, comfortable décor and excellent cuisine to the Clifton area. Quality of service and food will be the main focus. We will be serving Brunch, Lunch and Dinner to families, socializing friends, business people looking for a relaxing lunch or excitement after work and large groups for special events and parties.

The food was good, we got guacamole and some other apps to start. Cocktails were good but pricey (like 16-17 dollars for one small drink) Service was slow, we didn’t eat main course until about 2 hours after we arrived. We got the Enchiladas Con Mole and the Carnitas Michoacán.
One strange menu item: you can order raw steak and cook it yourself on a hot stone. The novelty of this worked I guess, because half the restaurant ordered it. But for me, why would you go out to a restaurant only to cook your own food? Everyone seemed disappointed when they go the order, because they didn’t realize they were now responsible for making sure the food they ate wasn’t raw. Seems like a gimmick, I understand the margins are probably great for just selling someone a $60 raw piece of meat, but I can tell there are talented chefs there because the food they prepared was good.
Will have the give it another shot, maybe the holiday didn’t have them on their A game. My wife was looking forward to tacos and they weren’t serving them on Valentine’s Day.

Today, I celebrated a birthday brunch with my friends, and everything was absolutely amazing! The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, and the service was outstanding. Our waiter, Ari went above and beyond to make the experience even more special. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. Bitol is always a great experience. I’ve been here multiple times and the food is consistently good. You have to try the burger and the tacos. They’re both amazing. The drinks are great, and there’s always parking available, which is a huge plus.

I absolutely adore this place and highly recommend it. The food is phenomenal, the drinks are fresh, and the staff and atmosphere are fantastic. The vibe is simply great all around. The people are incredibly kind and make you feel like you’re at home. My brother and I visit here frequently, and the connection we’ve made with the staff and owners has become like family. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu—the drinks, the dishes, the appetizers, the desserts—everything is done so well and perfectly. They also host events and it is always worth going to. Everything has so much flavor and made with so much love.

Wow, Bitol is such a hidden gem in Clifton. From the moment you walk in, you step into this cozy and intimate setting and you’re greeted warmly by the amazing staff. I came here for the first time to celebrate my sister’s birthday and it did not disappoint. Ares was amazing! His recommendations were all on point and he sold us immediately. Of course aesthetics are great, but the quality tied it all together. The staff is wonderful, each one of them. The food is delicious, everything from the appetizers to the entrees and desserts! The drinks? My God , amazing!! I am a sucker for a pretty drink and presentation, but most importantly a well made and great tasting drink and Bitol has it all. I will be recommending this place to everyone & trust me, I will be back. Thank you Bitol team for your attentive service and the delicious high quality food and drinks! I’ve visited here a few times before but am only now leaving a review. Stopped by again last weekend for lunch and had beer, wine, the birria tacos, elote loco, and the Maya ceviches. The service is still friendly, and the place has a lot of character. The drinks are tasty and surprisingly affordable, especially these days, so we were already enjoying ourselves before the food arrived. Some of the dishes felt a bit pricey for the portion size, but everything was delicious and I left happy.

Pride of ownership is obvious at this wonderful restaurant. The atmosphere promotes a sense of relaxation, the food is superb, and the service is excellent.
