A true gem when we needed it most. I’ve always believed that everything happens for a reason, and this restaurant proved exactly that. We stumbled upon it at just the right moment, and it turned out to be an absolute blessing. The food, drinks, service, and ambience were all exceptional — truly a 10,000,000/10 experience. Every dish we ordered was delicious, and the portion sizes were more than worth the price. I would recommend this place again and again without hesitation.

Went to this place last Friday with a few friends. Had to wait for reservation for about 20 mins. We ordered the tom yum goong soup, the chicken noodles, khao soi, crispy catfish and some shrimp cakes. All the dishes tasted great. The waitress however was trying to nudge us into order one of their fried fish (each cost >$45) which I didn’t like. Also the place was way too noisy and by the time we ate and came out, our ears were already feeling sort of dead. Overall, I’m giving this place a 4-star rating.

Excellent Thai food at a reasonable price

We stopped by Wondee Siam in Manhattan for a family lunch twice in August 2025. On both visits, the food was consistently excellent – flavorful, fresh, and well-presented.
We hope to return next time we are in the area.

Food ordered

Tom Kha Gai (Coconut milk Soup with Chicken) – excellent!
Papaya Salad – refreshing
Thai Salad – very plain; unmixed vegetables, passable.
Red Curry with Chicken – delicious!
Pad Thai – excellent
Pad Woon Sen (Glass Noodles with Beef) – tasted delicious, with a sauce that added an interesting touch. The beef was a little chewy though.
Beef with Cashew Nuts and Vegetables – very fresh, but could use a bit more spices for richer flavor.
Chives Pancakes – a bit too oily and overly fried on the outside, yet slightly undercooked inside.
Duck Panang Curry – perfect. Richer in flavor than the Red Curry, with tender and juicy duck having a crispy crust. The dish was loaded with pineapple, making it slightly on the sweeter side.
Pad See Ew with Chicken – excellent. Soft, silky noodles paired with tender, flavorful chicken.

This place was recommend to me. It did not disappoint at all! All the food was great. I would say that when I asked how small the soup was he was like for one person, but in reality it was like too small for me, I would have rather had the large. The coconut pudding was amazing, i never had anything like it! I def recommend this place a lot!

We stopped in for some lunch before heading over to see The Daily Show and thoroughly enjoyed our Thai food experience with two dishes that we shared, the barbecued pork belly and the chicken larb. I enjoy larb everywhere I go and was delighted to have it here as the flavors of tang and mint mix so heavenly. The bathrooms were clean. The service was friendly. And the window is big enough to watch the world go by.

It just felt like home. I dined at this gem of a restaurant 3 times in one week! Directly across from where I was visiting, I was so fortunate to be close enough for a scrumptious meal. The crew is so hospitable and they are family! A family that welcomes you as soon as you enter their home. Christmas is coming and this time, I am bringing friends to savor in a Thai Christmas!

Very tasty food and they have items that other restaurants do not seem to have. Servers are warm and check you out —- bring you napkin without asking. Default tip is 20%/25%30% — it is outrageous until some people may tell them face to face.
