Stopped at Wolfies with my son to get a bite to eat. A couple of city boys in the mountain town, hungry from a long drive. Although it didn’t look quite like a premier choice from the outside, we walked through the door and were greeted with warm hospitality. There are many burger and smokehouse items to choose from, as well as your typical fry/tot/onion ring sides. My son chose the wings and I had the brisket burger. It only took about 8 minutes before we had cold drinks and piping hot entrees to warm our bellies. Absolutely delicious! If you’re ever in the area be sure to stop by Wolfies. You will not be disappointed.

Trying again after it was Sloopies. Chicken wrap for $5 that was a great deal. The online menu had different options than in-person. (Ie, “growler” burger, fries, drink $10) Chicken fried steak was undercooked but they quickly apologized and redid it. They gave me cookies while I waited. Super nice. Thank you! The printed menu has $3 extra for fried mushrooms but when we asked about it, they said it was $6 extra? Unclear on what that meant versus what was printed on menu. Overall, not bad if you need a stop to/from the park but don’t want to head into town.

Just wow. Both my 5 and 7 year old Said it was SO DELICIOUS. We had the kid hot dog, kid Mac&cheese and the all American burger. We finished it all and left very satisfied. The people working there are so nice it just made it even better. It was small but they also had tables outside. So if your out on an adventure with your dog, you can sit outside with them. Ww for sure be back when we are in the vicinity.

Deliciousness! We had the house smoked brisket Reuben and a fresh and tasty salad. They have fresh brewed Earl Gray as the iced tea. Very good! We will return for a burger and the daily specials. Check it out! Hits the spot after hiking.

On holiday and want comfort food? Sloppy’ is the place for you. Indoor and outdoor dining. The food is simple but prepared very well. I had the half pound bacon cheeseburger with all the fixings. It reminded me of the diners in the 70’s. My wife had thier excellent fish and chips. We shared the amazing zucchini fries, a real must have. Next time we are in Grand Lake area this will be a return destination.

This was by far the BEST chicken fried steak I’ve ever eaten in my life! My partner got the prime rib sandwich and it was absolutely amazing too. Great customer service, friendly and attentive staff, and a wonderful chef in the kitchen who is creating magic with ingredients! We will ALWAYS come here every time we visit Grand Lake. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! This was by far the best experience we’ve had at a restaurant in a long time.

Great everything! I only tried the nachos and ice cream but everything looked good and the place is very clean and comfortable! Best part is staff and how accommodating they are! Bonus, we got there just in time for happy hour! Recommend if you’re in search for meal, snack or just simple sit and take a break place!

Delicious. A little pricey, but that’s what happens when you eat out in the mountains. The chicken strips were $6.50 and 3 pieces of fried chicken cost 8 plus $3.50 for fries. The environment is upbeat and unique. The service is friendly and fast.

I was so impressed by the staff at Wolfie’s. They were very sweet and helpful. We have two people in our party with specific dietary requirements, which they were very accommodating to. Great food. Bathrooms were very clean. They had hand sanitizer available. We saw a bear in the open area behind the restaurant, which was of course my kids favorite part. All around 5 stars.
