We had lunch at Wolfie’s and really enjoyed it. I had the Sloop burger and it was awesome! Came with fries and a small drink. She had the Reuben sandwich and it was very good, not your typical greasy Reuben sandwich. The meat was slightly smoky and delicious! We found it a bit pricey but hey you’re in Grand Lake Colorado! Highly recommend this newly opened restaurant. The food is top notch!

The food here is fantastic, especially when you consider how difficult it is to cook well at high altitude and how poorly most restaurants in the county do.

Honest review. Don’t look at any reviews older than June 10, 2023 or the menu prices on Facebook. All are from the previous owner and restaurant.

As locals we were very excited to try this reopened restaurant under new ownership. My husband and I loved the rack of ribs. The green beans were so delicious I got seconds. This restaurant is a family affair and they definitely love what they are doing and it shows. Thanks for the wonderful dinner. We will be back soon!

We drove up from Denver to try the ribs and they were definitely worth the trip! Best ribs I think I’ve ever had! Cole slaw is perfect, sweet potato tots & onion rings were bomb! Tuna sandwich was delicious too! I topped it off with their Amazing Bloody Mary Did I mention the cheese curds!! We’ll be back very soon!

Brought the family of 6 in for a quick bite for lunch between activities. The service and food was terrific. We mostly ate burgers, and the chicken wings. Not a lot of inside eating space, but plenty of picnic tables outside. Highly recommend

We had a party of 6, & we all ordered something different. Everything was delicious, and the service was fast & friendly. I can especially recommend the smoked and the fried wings. I should have ordered 2 orders of each instead of just 1 of each, so I would have had more leftovers. I couldn’t stop eating them. I would highly recommend them for your next meal.

I expected higher prices from a place just outside a national park but the $90 bucks we spent and the 3 undercooked frozen cheeseburgers and kids chicken nuggets were hard to swallow. (pun intended) Undercooked that was supposed to be (medium) and 0.0 flavor….seriously this food had no flavor to it. The lady that took the orders was nice though. As I read the other reviews I realized the new owners took the old Sloopys reviews. The new owner has only been open for a couple months at the point of this review. I’ll just give my thoughts on burgers…they are burgers, its not tough to make a fresh burger fast. I guarantee if you use fresh ground beef and just salt and pepper the patty before it goes on the flat top you’ll be able to charge your current prices and feel better about the product you sell. Good luck

Food was good and the prices looked to be lower than downtown. I had the prime rib special and my son had a burger. I am glad we stopped here. Very friendly staff.
