Food is ok. I’ve been to this place multiple times and never been as disappointed until today. The food looked like it had been sitting there all day, I asked if they had anything fresh coming. They ignored me. After I ordered my food and left I noticed everything on my plate was cold and the chicken wasn’t even edible. The chicken was very dry and chewy inside and and the beef was also cold. The noodles were also old and soggy. So I went back to see if they can remake my order fresh. He began to just put my old plate in the microwave to warm it up. I stopped him and told him I meant a fresh new plate. Then he began to just put new food on top of my old food thinking that what I meant. He didn’t replace the old noodle with new. He also only put like 2 pieces of new beef and broccoli on top of the older and cold Food and a scoop full of new chicken on top of the old and cold chicken. I’ve never seen a business do anything like that. They just lost a customer. I won’t be back.

Best sesame chicken in town! As you can see by the photos, we couldn’t wait to dig in. This is a kid approved, family favorite. Its great location in Stovehouse makes coming to eat here more fun with the overall atmosphere and constant events going on. Stopped in for Sunday lunch and all the food was hot and fresh.

Absolutely rude staff. Ordered a side of crab rangoons with my order, didn’t receive them as they were given to another customer. When I got to the table and discovered they weren’t there— I went back and showed them I got an egg roll in place of my rangoons. They said they couldn’t take it back and that I would have to purchase a side of rangoons if I wanted them. I was not given a receipt so I couldn’t provide it when asked for it though I had gotten the food, sat down, and came back all within a 10 minute span. I told them to check the cameras because they were accusatory.. would not believe we were just in the facility and ordered the food though I showed a the transaction from my bank for the charge. Absolutely terrible. Will never be back. Was treated so damn horribly for wanting the food I ordered and was never given to begin with.

I ordered from Uber Eats. It was super expensive, because that’s how Uber works, but I was so happy with the flavor and quality. My wife is vegetarian, so we ordered a lot of vegetarian options, and I got the Mongolian beef and fried dumplings to make it meatier. Everything was great! This is my go-to for Chinese food now. We were watching the movie Beatulgues (original) and they were eating Chinese and we got the need hard! Thank you!

Wok’s Up is a new addition to the Stovehouse fast casual restaurants serving Chinese food. We were excited to try it for the first time but sadly left unimpressed. Overall, both the food and service wasn’t all that good. You would probably be better off getting Chinese food in the mall food court. For over $40 for 2 people, it definitely wasn’t worth it.
The only saving grace was the crab rangoons. They were actually pretty decent and it’s hard to find good ones in town. I ordered chicken fried rice and king pao chicken. Neither had much flavor to it.
When walking in, we were greeted at the counter and appeared that is where we ordered. However another customer came in and went straight to the back and started ordering from the assembly line counter. There is no signage or direction so I’m still unsure which one you’re supposed to do. They have a menu you can choose from and order your dish from the back or you can create your own bowl on the assembly line. Will most likely not return.

We just moved here and found this hidden gem of a center. We are used to food carts and this is the next best thing!
Food was great, and price was decent as well! Loved my chicken broccoli and rice, and the spring rolls were so crispy!!

Good food for the price. Not the most flavorful, but they give great portions. Only advice to management is to keep an eye on health and safety practices. The person who took our payment handled money with gloves on. Hoping he changed them after we left to keep others healthy from cross contamination. Otherwise, would recommend.

Love this place, best Chinese food in Huntsville. I’ve never had a bad meal at Wok’s Up. Plenty of food, everything tastes homemade, the crab Rangoon and egg rolls are amazing! Only knock on them is no real seating inside but plenty around Stovehouse.
