Never get sushi to go or even hibachi to go the portion size for when you eat in to when you get to go are so different the amount of food that I just got for my kids I have to literally stop and get more food. It would’ve been cheaper for me to go to Kroger‘s and get their sushi but if I would’ve sat down and ate, which is what we normally do it’s literally double the amount of sushi I’m very shocked by how little the to go order is compared to how big the sitdown order is it’s six pieces of sushi that are less than an inch wide a piece per roll very shocked at how little they are and they had multiple sushi rolls completely shoved together so sauce from other sushi rolls got on sushi rolls that don’t have sauce so very not happy I will never order your guys to go again….

been coming here for years and years, and honestly the quality has gone so terribly downhill. we always eat sushi, and we have had good sushi here and we have had absolutely awful sushi here over the years. most recently, we haven’t been coming a whole lot because we are disappointed every time. we usually get omakase for 2, many times to go and many times in the restaurant. the cuts we got tonight were paper thin, the texture of a few was off, and the salmon was almost inedible. for almost $80 it is extremely disappointing. the last year or so the cuts and the fish have gotten so much worse. with so few options around, they can act and charge however they want. they aren’t nice to their employees. I HAVE SEEN A MOUSE RUN BETWEEN SEATS WITH MY OWN EYES.
unfortunately, i think we just have to stop bringing our business here after so many tries and giving the benefit of the doubt.

GIVE STEPHANIE A RAISE!!!! I came in alone for dinner after spending a long, hot day at a music festival nearby. I was seated and attended to immediately. I have a hard time choosing what sushi I like, so I usually just ask the waitstaff what their faves are. Stephanie recommended the Good Time roll and the Wokano Special roll. My GOD, I haven’t had sushi THAT good in a long time!! I also ordered hot sake, gyoza, chicken lo mein, miso soup, and a house salad (I was STARVING and definitely eating with my eyes while ordering). I’m also annoying because I tend to order a million condiments with my meals. Stephanie NOT ONLY remembered everything I asked for and brought everything out in literal record timing, but she did it while NOT making me feel like I was bothering her. The food was all so fresh and delicious, which means Stephanie was ON HER A GAME to make sure I had the best possible dining experience. As a solo diner, I’m typically used to being overlooked or “forgotten” by waitstaff when they have other multi-person tables to serve, but Stephanie never hesitated to acknowledge me or check on me, and my drink was ALWAYS FULL. This type of attentiveness means everything to me. I can tell Stephanie works extremely hard, and she does a darn good job making your customers feel welcome and satisfied!! Thank you, Steph, for your EXCEPTIONAL service and TLC during my time at Wokano. I don’t even live in Ohio, but I know where I’ll be going for dinner every time I’m near Mansfield!!

1st time here & last time here . We waited an hour & a half before we got hibachi service . Then the food wasn’t even good . The noodles were very dry & No taste the chicken wasn’t fully cooked along with the shrimp & The mushrooms & Broccoli was half raw . Very bad experience then The mixed drink was awful tasting. I couldn’t even drink it all. . I’m guessing that maybe if u Go there during the day the service may be better , but Not during the evening hours . Plus the waitress wasn’t the best , not good @ all . I don’t think I’ll be returning here. I was from outta town doing some shopping in the area & thought I’d give it a try . But it was a fail 4 me . The salad dressing was watered down , Plus the Yum Yum sauce was watered down . Not a good experience . I will not be returning here . The blue Hawaiian drink was awful .

The food is really good and the service is exceptional. We were in and out in 30 min or less. I recommend going here and eating whenever you can. The wife and I split the meals because the portions are so large. They have the best vegetables. I could eat just vegetables and protein and be more than okay.

Clean restaurant. Cool how its split into 2 way. 1 for hibachi and the other side table service. We got hibachi this time it was delicious. Can’t go wrong with hibachi its like getting a show while you eat. And when you can get fried rice an lo’mein you topped off. Unless your super hungry makes for a great lunch the next day.

Dreaming Anchor

Always a good vibe when we visit, most people go for the Hibachi but we prefer to do dine in/kitchen since they have a wide variety of food outside the Hibachi menu. Friends often get sushi and say it’s good too. (I’m not a fan of sushi lol)

Highly recommend the Teriyaki chicken meal, Katsudon Pork or chicken is really good too! Be adventurous and try some new things.

Wonderful service. I always enjoy walking into an establishment and being greeted right away (I think it sets the tone). We were seated right away and taken care without having to get the server’s attention. The food was oh my goodness beautiful and tasted fresh and amazing. We ordered the Lion King and Phenix roll.
