Wok Wēy’s new location in the downtown San Antonio food truck park near the Riverwalk is a must-try. The line was long, but the food was absolutely worth the wait. In a city that doesn’t usually offer Chinese food like this, Wok Wēy stands out in the best way.
Chef Jaime is incredible! You can tell he knows exactly what he’s doing. The flavors were bold, fresh, and balanced. The menu may be small, but everything on it hits the spot. I stopped by twice during my four-day stay because I couldn’t get enough. Bomb.com!
Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for something unique and delicious in San Antonio.

This place is fantastic! It’s the best fried rice in San Antonio. They also had very adorable Valentine’s Day takeout boxes.

Wok Wey is hands down one of my favorite spots right now. Chef Jamie’s attention to detail and dedication to authenticity truly sets this place apart. You can taste the care in every single dish — nothing feels rushed or generic.
And the green beans?! Unreal. Perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and easily some of the best I’ve ever had. Simple ingredients elevated in the best way.

Every bite of this food was soooo good! It was incredibly delicious and juicy, and you could truly taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients. Clearly crafted by a professional chef, this meal was just a top notch! I loved that it comes with veggies on a side too! Can’t wait to get back and eat more! Great service and such good food, we tried the spring rolls, wings, bao buns (tacos), and fried rice. Everything was really tasty! Omg and the carrot ginger lemonade was sooooo good!! Sweet and refreshing with a bite. The chili oil/salsa macha was also incredible.

I had a fantastic experience at Wok Wey. The food was amazing—flavorful, fresh, and truly a perfect blend of both cuisines. Sergio, Chef Jaime, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and made the whole visit even more enjoyable. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for something well done and delicious.

We stumbled upon this food truck by chance while looking for Asian food nearby. It was a bit later in the evening, and luckily they stay open until 11 p.m. My fiancé drove over and was greeted right away. One of the workers mentioned that the chef is half Mexican and half Chinese, which I can appreciate, being half Mexican and half Filipino myself. According to my fiancé, both staff members were super friendly.
Pictured are the crispy chicken bowl, spring rolls, and signature fried rice. Personally, I really enjoyed the seasoned vegetables and just wished there were more of them in the bowl. Overall, we’ll most likely be coming back

Ordered Chinese bbq pork , egg rolls , spicy garlic chicken and fried rice. The drink was ginger carrot lemonade.
Everything was truly great , highly quality food and pretty quick for everything being hot and fresh. Amazing fried rice
