Folks, always double check your order before you leave. You cant trust “fast food” people these days. Those days of trust and competence are out the window, thank you covid!
Regardless, I got 2 napkins, I should have asked for a couple more. The 2 burritos were really good so I can only give positive feedback there. The cashier lady was super nice and friendly. I would definitely go back if im in the area again.

I ordered one of their $5 meals and ended up paying almost $7. They asked if I wanted a dipping sauce and didn’t mention it was an extra charge and didn’t even get a receipt. The hash browns were cold and the burrito had an the filling at one end. I won’t be back.

If you like authentic tacos this isn’t the move. If you are frugal then you would love this place! Menu is easy to follow. The quality is mediocre and not very flavored. This is a if you gotta eat while in BFE, why I waste my money type of joint! Staff was friendly environment was clean and there are various options. I wouldn’t recommend this. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment solely based on the quality and taste of the food. Also had a side guacamole and it was oily! I never put oil in my guacamole! Beans burrito tasted like it was straight up out the can and the 4 cheese quesadilla was very dry and basic. The Taco sauce was plain as well. On a plus note they do have 1.39 tacos on Tuesdays which is great if your in a pinch!

I love Taco John’s and miss it dearly! When Ilived in KY there were plenty of them but now I rarely run into one! So glad to have found one on the way to Muncie, IN !! The taco salad is the best.

What a great first experience eating here. We came on taco Tuesday when the tacos are $1.39 ($1.89 for soft shell). The tacos were stuffed full and fresh, shell was crispy and insides were cold and hot appropriately. We got a side of beans which was hot and covered in cheese with taco sauce and a chicken fajita burrito share. The flavor on the burrito was awesome but the filling was only chicken, tortilla pieces and a slightly orange cheese sauce. It wasn’t much to look at but had me coming back for a few more bites. We could barely finish our portion and plan to definitely come back. Next time I will add pics before I scarf it down! Also I want to say that the employees were super kind and attentive and it was clean to eat at any table. See you again on Taco Tuesday!!

Yall, Taco John’s in Huntington, IN is amazing. The sweet lady that works the counter is incredible at her job. Always making us feel welcome and making our food fresh. If you get a chance, try the steak bowl. It is amazing!!! $8.09 too

We ordered through drive thru at 10:25PM. If you tried going to fast food restaurants 30 minutes before their Google Maps closing time, you know that they might not take orders or just be closed. To my surprise, they took our order, and the drive thru clerk was extremely friendly and patient. The food came out quickly and quality was also on point, everything made to perfection as ordered, all modifications followed correctly. Super friendly and helpful staff, even asked us to let them know if the lemonade is too sweet, so they can remake it. Best service I’ve ever received from a fast food chain, these gentlemen are the EXAMPLE of a 5 star service. 100% recommend. UPDATE: They also served another customer who arrived at the drive thru at 10:57PM!! What a group of hard-working people. Hope this place thrives.

As I travel all over the USA due to my work I have the opportunity to eat at so many places. This also means I have the opportunity to eat at the same franchise type at many locations. Taco John’s can be a very disappointing experience. Yet THIS LOCATION has proved to be an exceptional experience. From the very moment I walked in the staff greated me and made me feel welcomed. The food I ordered, the super nachos, were made quick and fresh. The dining room was very spacious and clean with many seating options. Even while I was eating a staff member walked by and asked me how everything was just like a waitress at a restaurant would. I would like to thank the owner and management of this location for making this Taco John’s what every locatin should strive to be.

This is one of the only locations close to me after having fallen in love with this chain over a decade ago upon moving to Indiana. You come for the potato oles, and pretty much nothing else like me too, right? Rrrrright!
The potato oles were super crispy and super seasoned and honestly were so perfect. The cheese sauce comes in a hefty container so you have plenty for dipping. My fave item is the grilled stuffed taco, and it was meh this time around. I also tried the spicy steak and potato grilled, while the sirloin tasted fine, the potatoes were too soft and the tortilla was super folded over and very thick in many sections. My husband had the new chicken nacho burrito and it was utterly disgusting looking — there were two pieces of chicken in there with a boatload of sauce and a few nacho pieces. The beef griller he tried was very good he said, just bad execution on making the chicken version.
Customer service is good and line moves really fast. Overall decent experience.
