The meal was whatever portion and items I wanted. It is a Self-serve buffet with uncooked food items that are then given to the chef to cook and return to you. It is a one-time meal so choose wisely but the bowls make for a good portion of food. Good experience. Yummy food.

Food is fine, but yeah I’m not coming here again. You are paying $15-20 per bowl, not all you can eat (which is fine) but then still say my kids can’t share the plate I bought? Nah. I’m paying for the food, I’ll do with it as I please. Thanks.

Great selection of food for you to choose from. Takes a while to get it cooked, so if you are in a party of more than 2, don’t plan on everyone eating at the same time. If you are really hungry, get the all you can eat for 2 or 3 dollars more. Fill 2 bowls at the first go. Well worth the extra.
5/3 25. Went for a late lunch 3pm. Many of the containers were almost empty. They no longer have the all you can eat option. The grill had been off or almost off. Took a LONG time to cook the vegetables. Cook was sour and what appeared unhappy. Maybe they are having a hard time. It would be sad to see them close.

This was our first time at Wok on Fire Mongolian Grill. We went for a hair cut at the barber a few doors down and the food smelled so good we decided to give it a try. I’m so glad we did. The server behind the counter was very friendly and provided us a few pointers on how it all works. Made sure we had enough food in our bowls! Price wasn’t bad for the amount of food! I had small children with me and they also loved it! Thank you guys for a great lunch.

Used to have good service. But the new lady that works there never gives refills on drinks ($5 for a soft drink with zero refills). Also won’t give you two scoops of rice anymore. They also take forever to get up from her chair to allow you to pay.

Was a very relaxing, clean environment. We had experience with Mongolian barbecue before and didn’t need assistance figuring out how to dish up. However, a family of five came in after us and they explained it to everyone including the youngest rowdy bouncy child without losing that happy, polite smile.

The food was so, so delicious. I have a stomach issue at the moment so couldn’t get all my hot stuff, but got the sweet n savvy goodies and was happy as could be!! I couldn’t eat it all the bowl was so full! Yes, they let you fill the bowl up nicely past the top, so you can take leftovers home. They aren’t stingy with you. The all-you-can-eat is worth the money if you can eat thirds. They let you fill the bowl so full it’s like you’ve got seconds and thirds in there if you’re a small eater and they are big cereal bowls.

Smaller than some of the other Mongolian grills. Fewer choices on the vegetables and sauces, but the food is really good. Very nice people working the restaurant and kept the place very clean, especially as far as this type of restaurant is concerned.

Did someone say Wok on Fire for lunch? For people who may not know, Wok on Fire is a restaurant where everything is buffet style. You pick and choose between types of noodles, uncooked vegetables, three types of sliced frozen meat and then several types of sauces. After that, you hand over the bowl full of stuff to someone who will stir fry them up. Sounds great, right??
My family and I met there at 11:15 today, pretty much when the restaurant opened. I will have to admit this is one restaurant I’m not sure that I will return to in the future, I won’t say no for sure, but I have doubts that I will again.
The restaurant was reasonably clean although where my family and I sat we could see underneath the bar that held all the items to assemble, that area looked a little bit on the dirtier side, a couple of the windows should have been cleaner, but as far as tables cleanliness, they all appeared fresh, and the floor appeared to be tidy.
Our server was friendly, and she had a sweet smile but wasn’t overly chatty. However, the person that was cooking the stuff up wasn’t pleasant at all, didn’t say one word to us, nor did she smile once. We felt as though we were more of a burden to her than paying customers.
And I have mixed feelings about tipping twice; there was a basket on the counter where the food was being cooked that had words that read “tips” and then we are expected to tip at the end when paying for our bill? When we dine at other restaurants, we don’t tip twice. Perhaps its more prevalent in these types of restaurants where we can see our food being cooked up? Her impolite stares and un-called for rudeness did not deserve a tip, However I tipped her as well hoping it would combat the harsh glares.
Overall the food mediocre at best in my opinion and very bland sauces overall, even if the food had been good, with her behind the wok- would send me looking elsewhere for lunch.
