WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO THIS LOCATION? I’ve been ordering here since it first opened. The past 6 months have been rough, but now my last four orders have all been especially bad. The bread is consistently days old and stale. If I’m paying $18 for a sandwich give me fresh bread. It’s one thing with a hot sandwich, but on a cold sub it really ruins it. The quality is just gone here. It was good for so long but not anymore. Lots of other options close by, go elsewhere.

This is the second time I’ve come to this location and the older gentleman who works here is clearly upset he has to work or something. I ordered ahead since the last time I ordered he was ticked off that I didn’t know my order. Mind you there were no other customers at the moment. Today I watched him just throw my order
in the bag while he was careful with others. He did this within the camera view which shows he doesn’t care. Personally the food here is amazing but this review reflects on poor customer service.

Stopped in to pick up a sandwich for dinner. We live in NJ most of the year and are more than familiar with the Jersey Mike’s chain. This experience was a far cry from what we are used to. My daughter ordered her usual sub, one that she’s ordered dozens of times from a half a dozen different locations in NJ, all consistently great. This version was severely lacking over all. The “extra” cheese we paid for all amounted the the normal amount we usually receive in a sub without paying for extra. The bread was overcooked and “dark” and may have been old/stale. We ordered via app and arrived at the estimated time only to see that the sandwich was not even started and made a few minutes after we arrived. I really do hope this was a “bad night” but the recent reviews aren’t promising. Staff should re-visit training since this is definitely not a good representation of a Jersey Mike’s sub.

Truly terrible customer service. They don’t listen AT ALL. Had to repeat myself 4 times and despite Jersey Mikes saying they’re allergy conscious they cut all of the meats on the same slicer as the cheese. My child has a dairy allergy and they made his sub right after slicing a ton of cheese. When I tried to say something they just kept it moving and ignored me. Will NOT be returning. What a waste of money. Wish I could get it back….

These subs are excellent. They use fresh ingredients, and quality cuts like Boars Head. But a good product can only take you so far. The staff is nice, but they’re all young kids. It’s disorganized, chaotic, and doesn’t have good communication. I.E. call at least an hour ahead for pickup orders. I had several bad experiences when my order was overlooked, done but I was not told, etc. if they could fine tune that, I’d give them 5 stars

Update 9/21: I called in an order at 5pm, arrived at 5:45p (plenty of time) and was told they “threw away my ticket by mistake and thought they completed it”. If that was all it’s a mistake and I get it. But they kept making people’s sandwiches that were in line. And didn’t fix the problem. 15 minutes I had to remind them to put my order into the rotation. I really hate that they have a good product and my wife loves them , otherwise I would never go here

11/3 update: no answer when calling, but you can finally order online. That’s good. Pickup time said 12:33, got there and was told “we did this order already but someone must have taken it. We’ll make it now”. Bottom line.. go in the store to order, everything else is unreliable and people who order in person get their food 10x faster. Can’t wait until there’s another location or competitor!

This location was VERY dirty. The employees don’t seem to care or bothered. If the city walked in it would be shut down. I hope corporate sees this and does something the grill is absolutely disgusting and food and wrappers all over the floor.

I’m very bummed cuz I love you guys! But I had 2 black hairs in my sandwich which totally grossed me out! Yuck!! Also the past couple of times your bread has been old and crusty not fresh! I hope you guys bring back hairnets and the freshness!

The best gluten free sandwich!! As a person with celiacs disease they went above and beyond to change gloves and clean the tables before making my sandwich. The gluten free bread was delicious and separated from the rest. They also will make any request when getting extra toppings.

Cut cold Italian was top notch, fresh, tasty. Bread was fresh and soft but not squishy. Location was dirty, ingredients all over the counter and debris on the floor. Cleanliness took away the 5 star. Food and customer service were excellent.

I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt since it opened. No more. The staff is woefully undertrained and extremely slow, they get our order wrong every.single.time. Sometimes we are lucky and catch it before we go. But then communication to make it right is terrible. They take twice to three times as long to do online orders as they say they do- today, we ordered at 12:40 for a 12:55 pickup. At 1:15, we were still waiting. We finally got the order, brought it home and we had the wrong sandwiches. Love Jersey Mikes but stay away from this location.
